Clinical Study Of Sequential Therapy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Ovarian Reserve Function Decline (liver Stagnation And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome)

[Objective]:The clinical randomized controlled trial put patients diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve(liver depression and kidney deficiency)into two groups of clinical observations,who respectively acceptedTraditional Chinese Medicine sequential therapy of "nourishing the kidney and liver" and hormone therapy.Compare the changes of syndrome and hormone levels in two groups before and after treatment,in order to preliminarily discuss the clinical efficacy of"nourishing the kidney and liver "therapy treating patients suffered from diminished ovarian reserve(liver depression and kidney deficiency),providing theoretical basis for its clinical promotion and application.[Methods]:The study collected 60 patients in accordance with the inclusive criteria visiting Dong Zhi Men hospital affiliated to Beijing university of Chinese Medicine,both headquarter and International department,from December,2015 to December,2016.They were divided into two different groups according to "Random number table method"-experimental group and controlled group,the former group treated with "nourishing the kidney and liver" therapy,the latter one with"progynova" and "progesterone capsules".With 3 menstrual periods’treatment,reexamine basic sexual hormone levels during the second and fourth day of next period after the deadline of treatment,and make another score of syndrome when the next period was over,to contrast with the pre-treatment test results and syndrome scores.Meanwhile,observe whether the patients planning pregnancy could be naturally pregnant and whether adverse events occur during the course of treatment.[Results]:1.Pre-treatment baseline comparison:age distribution did not show obvious difference,as to the syndrome score,menstrual quantity and total primary symptom scores varied significantly in two groups,thus incomparably.The rest of the single primary symptom score,total secondary symptom scores as well as its individual score indicated no obvious diversities,comparably.Additionally,there was no any significant difference about the values of hormone levels(P>0.o5).2.Contrast of the syndrome before and after the treatment in the group suggested no changes in the menstrual duration,while menstrual cycle,quantity,color and quality,irritability,lumbosacral pain were improved.Comparison between two groups only implied statistical significance in regularity of sexual activity.3.Values of FSH,FSH/LH in the experimental group decreased after the treatment,significantly different from those before,while there was no obvious difference in the values of LH,E2.In the controlled group,only values of FSH declined after the treatment significantly and statistically.Besides,comparison between groups showed a significant improvement in the values of FSH/LH in the experimental group,but other indicators failed.4.During the course of treatment,5 patients in the experimental group quit for personal reasons and 4 patients in the controlled group suspended from the clinical observation as a result of adverse effects.5.Patients in the experimental group showed no adverse effects,and patients in the controlled group developed some adverse reactions,with 4 cases of nausea and 3 cases of breast pain,contributing to a quit of 4patients.[Conclusions]:1 "nourishing the kidney and liver" therapy can significantly improve the DOR(liver depression and kidney deficiency)patients’ clinical symptoms,such as menstrual quantity,irritability,waist and breast pain.2."nourishing the kidney and live" therapy can effectively decrease the levels of FSH and FSH/LH ratio,and also more effectively decreased FSH/LH ratio,compared with "progynova" and"progesterone capsules".3 "nourishing the kidney and liver" therapy and combined therapy of "progynova "and"progesterone capsules" both can improve the clinical symptoms and FSH level,with therapeutic equivalence,but to be relieved,the former one didn’t show any adverse effects.4.Inadequate menstrual quantity and infertility are the two most complained about among all the DOR(liver depression and kidney deficiency)patients,nevertheless,they didn’t show an imminent abnormal menstrual cycle.5.Clinical symptoms and hormone levels probably improve non-uniformly and non-synchronously,while the former one might be delayed.
