| Objective: Based on data mining and network pharmacology,preliminarily exploring the prescription medication pattern and core prescription mechanism of pediatric treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children in the pediatric department of Jinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Method:1.Through the Hospital Management Information System(HIS),collecting traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children in the pediatric department of Jinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022,and the prescription medication specification was transmitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V3.0.Based on the statistical results of theplatform on the prescriptions,exploring he prescription medication patterns for the treatment of this disease in our pediatric department.2.Conducting network pharmacology analysis on the core prescription obtained from associated rules to explore the mechanism of action of the core prescription.Result:This study included a total of 238 prescriptions from 238 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who met the standards,containing a total of 166 traditional Chinese medicines.1.According to the statistical results of TCM syndrome frequency,the top three distribution frequencies are 101 cases(43%)of phlegm heat closed lung syndrome,89 cases(37%)of wind heat closed lung syndrome,and 26 cases(11%)of lung spleen deficiency syndrome.2.According to the statistical results of the four properties,five tastes,and meridian tropism of the drugs,the cold nature is the most common among the four properties,followed by the warm and calm nature,and the heat nature is the least;Among the five tastes,bitterness is the highest,followed by sweetness and bitterness,and acidity is the least;The main meridian belongs to the lung meridian,while the other meridians are the stomach meridian,liver meridian,spleen meridian,etc.3.Statistical results of drug frequency and efficacy:There are 28 traditional Chinese medicines with a drug frequency of ≥ 45 time,with Armeniacae semen amarum,Ephedra herb,Glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch,Gypsum fibrosum,Radix scutellariae,etc.ranking from high to low;Among the classification of traditional chinese medicine efficacy,drugs for resolving phlegm,relieving cough,relieving asthma,and clearing heat are the commonest,followed by drugs for relieving external symptoms,tonifying deficiency,and calming the liver and calming the wind.4.After associated rule analysis,the core prescription obtained is Maxingshigan Decoction.5.Through cluster analysis,six cluster combinations are obtained,including cough relieving,phlegm resolving,asthma relieving,wind clearing and heat clearing,heat clearing and detoxification clearing,spasmolysis and cough relieving,blood cooling and blood activating,and invigorating qi and strengthening the splenn.6.Based on network pharmacology research,a total of 135 active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine are retrieved from four drugs:Ephedra herb,Armeniacae semen amarum,Gypsum fibrosu,and Glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch.243 targets,512 disease targets,51 common targets of traditional Chinese medicine and diseases,and 5 main active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine corresponding to 135 active ingredients are selected.Through enrichment analysis,131 signal pathways are obtained.Conclusion:1.The pathological factors of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children are mostly "heat,toxin,phlegm,blood stasis,and deficiency".2.The core prescription for the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children in the Department of Pediatrics of Jinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is Maxing Shigan Decoction,with supplementary medicine focusing on "treatment from the liver".3.Maxing Shigan Decoction are anthocyanin,kaempferol,luteolin,naringin,and quercetin,which may act on targets such as TNF,TP53,IL6,IL1 B,PTGS2,VEGFA through signaling pathways such as AGE-RAGE,IL-17,and TNF,thereby exerting anti-inflammatory effects. |
