Based On Knowledge Graph Technology Study Of Treatment Based On Syndrome Differentia-Tion By Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Arrhythmology

Object:The experience of the first to fifth batch of national famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors in treating arrhythmia was analyzed by knowledge graph technology,and the case graph database was built,opening up new avenues of discovering,visualizing,managing,learning and disseminating knowledge of TCM diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia.It lays a foundation for the optimization of TCM diagnosis and treatment scheme and the construction of auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system.Method:Computer search of Pub Med,the Cochrane Library,Web of science,Embase,sinomed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database since its establishment to November 2022 published,The first to fifth batch of national famous old Chinese medicine treatment of arrhythmia clinical research literature.A total of 266 literatures and 640 medical cases were included.First of all,Python programming was used to carry out data crawling for the included literature,and eight categories of information including famous old Chinese medicine,literature,diagnosis,syndrome type,symptom,treatment method,prescription and traditional Chinese medicine were extracted as the database framework;secondly,the extracted data is processed in a standardized manner,and the medical record information is converted into structured text data by constructing dictionaries and formulating disambiguation rules;then,the semantic relationships such as syndrome differentiation,treatment and treatment,dispensing and medication are set as the pattern layer of the database,and the structured text data is matched with the pattern layer to complete the construction of triples;finally,the database software of Neo4 j was used to store triples,and the EChart plug-in was used to realize the visualization analysis of triples,the visualization display of weights,and the search of TCM keywords,forming the database of famous old TCM medical records.According to the weight information in the database,the diagnosis,syndrome type,symptom,treatment,prescription,traditional Chinese medicine and so on were analyzed statistically.Result:Triples extracted from 640 medical records were stored in the Neo4 j graph database software,and a total of 2090 nodes and 16807 relationships were formed for statistical analysis.Among TCM veterans,Professor Wei Zhizhen has the most experience in the treatment of arrhythmia,with a weight of 0.034,followed by Zhou Ciqing 0.02,Deng Tietao0.015,Liu Yujie 0.013,Ding Shuwen 0.013,He Liren 0.013,Li Qiyi 0.013,Tang Yiming0.013,etc.In terms of diagnosis,preatrial systole was the most common,with a weight of0.138,followed by preventricular systole 0.129,atrial fibrillation 0.063,sinus bradycardia0.062,and atrioventricular block 0.011.In terms of syndrome types,the syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency was the most common arrhythmia,with a weight of 0.089,followed by the syndrome of blood stasis and blockage of the blood channels,0.067 of phlegm and internal obstruction,0.052 of heart-kidney Yang deficiency and 0.041 of insufficient blood pressure.In terms of symptoms,the most common clinical symptoms of arrhythmia are palpitation0.031,chest tightness 0.027,fatigue 0.021,shortness of breath 0.019,sleep difference 0.015,etc.In terms of treatment,the common treatment methods for arrhythmia are supplementing qi and nourishing Yin 0.089,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis 0.07,eliminating phlegm and regulating complexions 0.067,supplementing heart and kidney Yang 0.052,and supplementing blood blood 0.041.In terms of prescriptions,the most commonly used prescriptions for treating arrhythmia were Zhigao Decoction 0.023,Shengmai SAN 0.02,Guipi Decoction 0.012,ephedra aconiti asarum Decoction 0.011,and Wendan Decoction 0.01.The most commonly used prescriptions for treating Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome are Shengmai SAN 0.07,Zhigao Decoction 0.053,Tianwang Buxin Dan 0.022,Cool nourishing regulating pulse Decoction 0.018,Qingxin Lotus Seed Drink0.013,etc.In terms of TCM,salvia miltiorrhiza 0.017,ophiopogon ophiopogon 0.015,prepared licorice 0.013,poria cocos 0.013,ligusticum ligusticum 0.011,cassia twig 0.011,codonopsis codonopsis 0.01 and schisandra Chinensis 0.01 were widely used in the treatment of arrhythmia.Danshen 0.019,ligusticum 0.018,angelica 0.016,safflower 0.015 and Astragalus 0.015 are widely used in the treatment of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Conclusion:The establishment of a national case map database of famous old Chinese medicine for syndrome differentiation and treatment of arrhythmia,including 8 entities of famous old Chinese medicine,literature,diagnosis,syndrome type,treatment rules,symptoms,prescriptions and Chinese medicine.The visualization display of graph database,the graph search function of any node and the weight display of the tail entity retrieved by the node are realized.Therefore,the most common type of arrhythmia in clinic and the most experienced by doctors is atrial prephase systole;the most common type of syndrome differentiation is Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome(Often witnessed weight drop: palpitation,chest tightness,fatigue,poor sleep,dry mouth,dizziness,red tongue);the most common treatment is to replenish qi and Yin,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis(The weight of common drugs decreased to: Salvia miltiorrhiza,ligusticum Chuanxiong,angelica sinensis,safflower,astragalus root,red peony root,cassia branch,prepared licorice,peach kernel,ophiopogon ophiopogon);and the most commonly used prescriptions are sunburned licorice decoction,Shengmai powder,Guipi Decoction,etc.
