Effect Of Acupoint Application Combined With Suye Huanglian Decoction On Serum Gastrin And Motilin Levels In Patients With Pregnancy-induced Dysplasia Of Liver And Stomach Disorder Undergoing IVF

Objective: In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,Clinical symptoms,signs,serum Gastrin(GAS),Motilin(MTL)and other indicators were detected before and after treatment of patients with hepato-stomach disordered pregnancy dysplasia in IVF.The clinical efficacy and mechanism of acupoint application combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with hepato-stomach disordered pregnancy dysplasia in IVF were studied.Methods: A randomized controlled study was conducted.60 IVF patients with pregnancy dysxia due to liver and stomach disunity were randomly divided into two groups: observation group 30 patients received acupoint application combined with Su Ye Huang Lian Tang treatment,and control group 30 patients received Su Ye Huang Lian Tang treatment.The quantitative score of TCM syndrome,the degree of nausea and vomiting,urinary ketone body level,electrolyte(blood potassium and sodium)level,Hamilton anxiety scale score,serum GAS and MTL level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rate after treatment was 90.00%,and the effective rate of observation group and control group were 93.33% and86.67%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the quantitative score of TCM syndrome,the degree of nausea and vomiting,urinary ketone body level,electrolyte(blood potassium and sodium)level,Hamilton anxiety scale score,serum GAS and MTL levels were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,quantitative score of TCM syndrome,degree of nausea and vomiting,urinary ketone body level,Hamilton anxiety scale score,serum GAS and MTL levels were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in electrolyte(potassium and sodium)levels between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint application combined with Suye Huanglian Decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of IVF patients with pregnancy-induced dysplasia of liver and stomach disorder,reduce nausea and vomiting,regulate electrolyte balance,relieve anxiety,improve serum GAS and MLT levels,and improve the quality of life of patients.
