Clinical Study Of Chengqi Runchang Ointment In The Treatment Of Children’s Functional Constipation With Dry-Heat Type In Children

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chengqi Runchang Ointment in the treatment of children’s functional constipation with dry-heat type and its recurrence after drug withdrawal,and to explore its therapeutic mechanism,in order to provide more rich and effective treatment methods and drugs for clinical treatment of children’s functional constipation.Method: 60 children with children’s functional constipation with dry-heat type,which meet the criteria for inclusion,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with oral Chengqi Runchang ointment,while the control group was treated with oral lactulose.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.Observe the change of symptom score of the two groups of children,and conduct statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical effect.Results: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.86%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),suggesting that the treatment group and the control group had similar effects;The two groups were followed up for 1 month after treatment.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 11.54%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 45.45%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).It shows that the recurrence rate of Chengqi Runchang ointment group is significantly lower than that of lactulose oral liquid group.Conclusion: Chengqi Runchang Ointment has a good effect in treating children’s functional constipation with dry-heat type.It has no adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.It is suitable for clinical application.
