Effect And Clinical Efficacy Of Self-Made Ningxin Ziyin Decoction On HRT In Patients With Premature Ventricular Beats After PCI

Objective:To observe the effect of self-prepared Ningxin Ziyin Decoction on heart rate turbulence(HRT)in patients with premature ventricular contraction(PVC)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and its clinical efficacy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)admitted to the second Heart Disease Department,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 after PCI were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,the treatment group was given conventional Western medicine treatment combined with self-prepared Ningxin Ziyin decoction treatment,the course of treatment was 8 weeks.By observing the changes of HRT parameters(TO,TS),the number of PVC,the improvement of TCM symptoms,the score of SF-36 scale of quality of life,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and homocysteine(Hcy)and safety indicators(general vital signs,liver function,kidney function and adverse reactions)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of self-prepared Ningxin Ziyin Decoction.Results:A total of 60 cases were included in this study,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,none of the cases in the treatment group were removed and shed,and 1 case in the control group shed,so after treatment,30 cases in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.There was no statistical significance in gender,age,ACS type and other general data between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in five aspects:HRT parameter index,PVC number,TCM syndrome score,quality of life SF-36 scale score,blood hs-CRP and Hcy level(P>0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment,HRT parameters in 2 groups were improved compared with before treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the number of PVC in 2 groups was significantly reduced compared with before treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome scores in 2 groups were significantly reduced compared with before treatment.The treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the quality of life SF-36 scale score of the two groups was significantly reduced compared with before treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the blood hs-CRP and Hcy levels of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 68.97% in the control group.The comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).General vital signs(blood pressure,heart rate,body temperature,pulse and respiration)of patients in the treatment group and control group were not significantly abnormal before and after treatment,liver and kidney functions were at normal levels,and no adverse reactions occurred during the test,indicating that the self-designed Ningxin Ziyin Decoction is relatively safe and reliable for the treatment of ACS patients with PVC after PCI and syndrome differentiation of Qi and Yin deficiency.Conclusion:In this study,self-designed Ningxin Ziyin Decoction was used to treat patients with PVC after PCI,which could significantly improve the TCM syndrome,quality of life and HRT parameters of patients with Qi and Yin deficiency,reduce the number of PVC,and reduce the blood hs-CRP and Hcy levels.Besides,the patients’ general vital signs showed no obvious abnormal changes,and the liver and kidney functions were at normal level.No adverse reactions occurred during the test.
