Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage combined with speech training in the treatment of functional dysarthria in children.Content:By observing the therapeutic effect of acupoint massage(Dicang,Xiaguan,Bucca,Chengzhi and Lianquan)combined with speech rehabilitation training on FAD,this study preliminatively explored the mechanism of action of acupoint massage on FAD curative effect, and conducted comparative analysis on articulation clarity and oral rotation movement rate of children before and after treatment in the two groups, and evaluated the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups. To provide the basis for developing the corresponding treatment technology. Methods:In this study,60 children with FAD who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine speech training. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group added acupoint(Dicang,Xiaguan,Jiache,Chengjiang,Lianquan)massage. The treatment time of both groups was 30min/segment,2 segments/day,5 days/week for 12 weeks. After treatment, the articulation clarity, the correct number of consonants, and the rate of oral rotatory movement before and after treatment were statistically analyzed to evaluate the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.After 12 weeks of continuous training, the total clinical effective rate of the two groups was 100%in the experimental group and 86.20%in the control group, and the difference of total clinical effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in articulation, correct number of consonants and rate of oral rotation movement(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of continuous training, the articulation in both groups was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the test group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).After 12 weeks of continuous training, the correct number of consonants and the rate of oral rotation movement in the two groups were significantly increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Before treatment, the articulation resolution of FAD children in different ages was compared between the two groups, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),which was comparable. After treatment, the articulation resolution of FAD children in different age groups before and after treatment was compared between the two groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the two groups of treatment methods were effective for FAD children in the age group(4~year-old group,5~year-old group, and 6~year-old group). After treatment, the articulation clarity of FAD children in different ages was compared between the two groups, and there was significant difference between the 4~year-old group and the 5~ear-old group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the 6~year-old group(P>0.05).4.Acupressure combined with speech training has a good curative effect on children with family history of FAD.Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with speech training can effectively improve oral muscle strength and lip movement flexibility, enhance chewing ability, improve mandibular stability, promote the formation of mature oral nerve-movement pattern, and finally improve articulation, with exact effect.
