Clinical Observation Of Ren-Moxibustion On The Treatment Of Chronic Bronchitis With Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency In Chronic Protracted Period

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ren-moxibustion in the treatment of chronic bronchitis with chronic extension of lung and spleen qi deficiency,providing a new therapeutic idea and method for the clinical treatment of chronic bronchitis chronic protracted period of lung and spleen qi deficiency,expanding the scope of Ren-moxibustion to adapt to the disease syndrome,and also providing a certain reference for the clinical application of this therapy.Method:Sixty-six patients from December 2020 to December 2021 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in the study,and were divided into the treatment group(Ren-Moxibustion group)with 33 cases and the control group(routine acupuncture group)with 33 cases by random number table method.The treatment group was given Ren-moxibustion treatment and selected part from CV22 to CV4 point,once a week,6 times per person.The control group was treated with acupuncture on LU1,both sides of BL13,LU9 and SP6 once every other day,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze and compare the TCM symptoms and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,so as to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ren-Moxibustion.Results:(1)There were 6cases of shedding.A total of 60 cases were included in statistical analysis,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group;(2)The clinical symptoms of TCM were improved in both the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05);(3)In terms of total scores of TCM syndromes,the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);(4)The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 76.67%in the control group,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Ren-Moxibustion group and acupuncture group have good curative effect on chronic bronchitis with chronic extension of lung and spleen qi deficiency.The improvement of cough symptoms in the acupuncture group was due to the improvement of other symptoms in the Ren-Moxibustiong group.Ren-Moxibustion in the treatment of chronic bronchitis with chronic extension of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndromes has the characteristics of high safety,less pain,lasting effect,easy to be accepted by patients,and has the significance of clinical promotion.
