Objective: This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 182 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)to explore the distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of NAFLD and the relationship between each syndrome type and liver function test indicators, triglyceride(TG)indicators. Methods: Design the quantized integral table of TCM syndromes, and retrieve the medical records of all patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(including simple fatty liver, fatty hepatitis, and fatty liver cirrhosis)who were first diagnosed in the past 10 years(August 2011 to October 2021)through the medical record system of Rizhao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Fill in the scale according to the medical record information, make Statistics on the symptoms, liver function and TG indexes of patients upon admission, input relevant data to establish a database, and use Microsoft office Excel 2016 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 for statistical analysis.According to the statistical results, the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and the relationship between each syndrome type and liver function,TG index were analyzed. Results: The 43 high-frequency symptoms of NAFLD were obtained by statistical analysis of the symptoms entered into the database, and the factor analysis of the high-frequency symptoms showed that the main pathological factors of NAFLD were damp-heat,dampness and turbidity, blood stasis, liver depression, spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency. The five syndrome types were accumulation of dampness and heat, internal arrest of dampness and turbidity, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis, and deficiency of spleen and kidney. The proportion of accumulation of dampness and heat was the largest(54.92%).Through variance analysis and non-parameter test of liver function and TG data,it was concluded that the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in damp-heat accumulation group were significantly higher than those in other syndrome groups(P<0.05).Patients with phlegm and blood stasis γ-The index of glutamyltranspeptidase(GGT)increased most significantly, which was significantly different from other syndrome groups(P<0.05).The mean value of TG index of damp-heat accumulation group was higher than that of other syndrome groups.Conclusion:(1)The distribution of NAFLD syndrome is mainly composed of damp-heat accumulation.(2)TCM syndrome differentiation is closely related to the changes of ALT and AST.The ALT and AST of patients with damp-heat accumulation syndrome are significantly increased, which can be used as a reference for clinical syndrome differentiation of damp-heat accumulation syndrome.(3)NAFLD syndrome differentiation has an internal relationship with TG,which is significantly increased, and can be used as a reference for clinical syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis.
