Effect Of Zhenwu Decoction And Guizhi Fuling Pill On Refractory Heart Failure With Heart And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective: According to the clinical efficacy of Zhenwu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pill in the treatment of refractory heart failure with deficiency of heart-kidney Yang type,the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of refractory heart failure was analyzed.It provides new ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods: Sixty-two patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into control group(conventional medical treatment)and experimental group(conventional medical treatment plus or minus Zhenwu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pill),31 cases in each group according to numerical expression.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The changes of New York heart function grading,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,LVEF,NT-proBNP level and the results of 6-minute walking test before and after treatment in each group were observed.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: In this study,2 cases were shed according to the exclusion and shedding criteria,all of which were in the control group.In terms of cardiac function efficacy,the total effective rate was 65.52% in the control group and 87.10% in the experimental group.Compared with the two groups,the experimental group was better than the control group in improving cardiac function(P<0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome score,both of them reduced TCM syndrome score,and the experimental group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the control group and the experimental group were 72.41% and 93.55%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the efficacy of single symptom,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the improvement of palpitation and cough(P>0.05),but the efficacy of the experimental group was more significant in the improvement of other symptoms(P<0.05).In terms of NT-proBNP level,both groups could reduce NT-proBNP level,but the experimental group was more significant in reducing NT-proBNP level(P<0.05).LVEF was increased in both groups,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).In the 6-minute walking test,both groups increased their walking distance after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group increased their walking distance more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Zhenwu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pill can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with refractory heart failure(heartkidney Yang deficiency type),reduce clinical symptoms,reduce the level of NT-proBNP and improve the exercise tolerance of patients,better than the simple application of western medicine,and has good safety.
