| Objective:In this study,we adopted the treatment protocol of PPH and modified triple combination surgery combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction to treat rectal prolapse, and evaluated the treatment effect by statistically analyzing the main clinical symptoms, complications and recurrence rate of patients before and after treatment to verify the feasibility of this treatment protocol in treating rectal prolapse and to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease. Methods: A total of 31 patients with complete prolapse in the anorectal ward of Shandong Qianfo Mountain Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were included. All patients underwent PPH and modified triple surgery(rectal mucosal ligation + rectal mucosal injection + anal loop reduction),and were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction after surgery.Basic information was collected from the patients, medical and past histories were asked, general conditions, complications and adverse events during surgery, major concomitant symptoms, physical examination and anorectal manometry were recorded before and 30 days after treatment, data analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 to determine the efficacy, and recurrence was followed up for 6months to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy. Results:A total of 31 patients were included in this study, and no cases of exfoliation were excluded.A total of 31 cases completed clinical observation and were included in the statistics. In terms of clinical cure rate, the results of the 6-month follow-up showed 29 cases cured,2 cases improved and 0 cases invalid, with an overall efficiency rate of 100%.In terms of efficacy analysis, statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference in efficacy scores before and after treatment, and P < 0.05,which was statistically significant, indicating that this treatment protocol could significantly improve the main symptoms of the patients.Analysis of the general conditions at the time of surgery showed that the patients had an average intraoperative bleeding of 5.32 ml,an average operating time of 68.35 minutes and an average length of stay of 8.65 days.No patients experienced any intraoperative adverse events, indicating that this treatment option is less invasive and easily tolerated by patients. Conclusions:The study showed that this treatment protocol is effective in the treatment of complete prolapse. It is easy to perform, highly efficient, less invasive, shorter hospital stay and well tolerated by patients. |
