Research On The Development Of Healthy Communities In The Post-epidemic Era

As a basic part of a city,community is the basic space for people to live and live,and plays an important role in people’s life.However,it is extremely complex to build a healthy community that meets the needs of community residents and integrates social,economic,cultural,institutional and other diverse contents.Although COVID-19 has been adjusted to "Category B and B tube",the community residents’ pursuit of healthy communities has not decreased.If the community construction is not done well,the shortcomings will form and hinder the construction of healthy cities.The outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020 has brought severe challenges to people’s health and community emergency management.Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the task of epidemic prevention and control has been extended to communities,and communities have become the most effective defense line against the epidemic.During this period,the advantages of healthy communities were brought into full play,the demand of community residents increased,and the call to build healthy communities was unpreceded-strong,and the construction of healthy communities was imminent.According to the analysis of current academic research,the research on healthy communities in China mostly focuses on community governance and medical and health care,and there are few studies on healthy communities as a whole.In the post-pandemic era,communities need to accelerate the construction of healthy communities,enhance community governance and the ability to resist risks,and make maximum efforts to eliminate problems in the community.This study took the healthy community as the research object,combined with previous studies to analyze the construction of healthy community and the impact of COVID-19 on the construction of healthy community.First,the construction of healthy community in the postepidemic era was divided into four dimensions: residence and environment,service facilities,health activities,and values and policies.A healthy community evaluation index system in the post-epidemic era was established,which included 30 elements.Secondly,the synergy degree model of the composite system was used to analyze the collaborative development of the composite system of housing and environment subsystem,service facility subsystem,health activity subsystem,value and policy subsystem,and the order degree of each subsystem.The changes of the composite system before and after COVID-19 infection were compared.Thirdly,the barrier degree model was used to analyze the main factors affecting the healthy development of the community,to clarify the main factors affecting the healthy development of the community and the changes in the degree of obstruction of each subsystem to the development of the healthy community.The barrier factors of each subsystem of the healthy community system before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 were compared.Finally,taking X community in Heilongjiang Province as an example for empirical analysis,the results showed that the degree of collaborative development of X community increased from 0.23 to 0.79,and from low to high collaboration.During the investigation period,the housing and environment subsystem,service facility subsystem,and value and policy subsystem all showed an upward trend before and after the outbreak of COVID-19.The health activity subsystem has been on the rise during the survey period.The main factors affecting the development of the healthy community changed from the public transport,environmental health and the differentiated design of community space before the outbreak of COVID-19 to the resilience,public service facilities and comprehensive management services of the community after the outbreak of COVID-19,and feasible suggestions were provided for the healthy development of community X in the post-epidemic era.
