Objective:After cataract surgery,from vision surgery to refractive surgery,patients’ expectations for vision have also increased to not wearing glasses after surgery,which can be seen in the whole process from far,medium and near,realizing the "whole vision" in the real sense.And the traditional three focus artificial lens in distance focus is 80 cm,close focus is 40 cm,and 80 cm is about 205 cm(6’8 ")of the arm length,and the Chinese population height in 160 cm ~ 185 cm,so 80 cm of distance patients cannot reach the best vision,especially now in the network era,the application of electronic products in the best body distance is 60 cm,the traditional three focus artificial lens obviously cannot meet the needs of patients with eyes now.Through sample collection and data analysis,the actual application of Acry Sof?IQPan Optix? trifocal IOL in clinical practice was objectively observed,so as to provide more options for patients with mild crystal opacity with the purpose of correcting old vision in the future.Methods:Prospective non-randomized controlled study.Collection of the self-institute from November 2021 to November 2022,The 29 cataract patients with 40 eyes undergoing phacoemulsification combined with trifocal intraocular lens implantation were divided into two groups,Thirteen patients(20 eyes)were implanted with trifocal intraocular lens(Acry Sof?IQPan Optix?),Sixteen control group(20 eyes)were implanted with trifocal intraocular lens(AT u SAtd 839MP),The far vision(5m),middle vision(60cm and 80cm),near vision(40cm)at 1 day,1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery,Optimally corrected distant visual acuity(5m),medium visual acuity(60cm and 80cm),near visual acuity(40cm),refraction(equivalent spherical lens),effective crystal position,point diffusion function / MTF value,defocus curve and questionnaire to assess patient satisfaction with subjective full vision after surgery.Results1.Comparison of preoperative general data between the two groups: a total of 29patients(40 eyes)met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study,including 15 males and 14 females;age 24-88 years,mean age(56.23 ± 13.69).Of these,13 experimental patients(20 eyes)were implanted with trifocal intraocular lens(Acry Sof?IQPan Optix?),mean age(56.30 ± 12.36),and 16 control patients(20 eyes)were implanted with trifocal intraocular lens(AT u SAtd 839MP),mean age(56.15 ±13.52).The preoperative clinical data between the two groups were not significantly different: age,sex,intraocular pressure,ocular axis,anterior chamber depth,corneal endothelium number,preoperative optometry degree,UDVA,and CDVA(P> 0.05).2.Comparison of postoperative visual acuity between the two groups: 1 day,1 week,1month and 3 months after surgery:(1)In naked eyes and corrected visual acuity(60cm),the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the results were statistically different(P <0.05).(2)In the naked eye and corrected visual acuity(80cm),near visual acuity(40cm)and distant vision(5m),the results between the experimental group and the control group were not significantly different(P> 0.05).3.Comparison of the postoperative defocus curve between the two groups: the defocus curve of the experimental group formed the focus period between-1.25-2-2.5D,and in40cm(-2.5D)and 60cm(-1.67D)to obtain the best vision;the control group formed two wave peaks at the 0,-2.5D;0D,-2.5D groups(P> 0.05);the continuous visual acuity of the defocus curve-1.25 to-2.5D was significantly better than that of the control group.4.4.Comparison of effective position ELP and equivalent sphere lens of postoperative IOL: There was no statistical difference in ELP at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery(P> 0.05),and the corresponding time point at 60 cm,the experimental group was better than the control group,with a statistical difference(P <0.05).5.Steel ratio(SR)and modulation transfer function of preoperative point spread function MTF cut off value: there was no statistical difference in the postoperative indicators of the two groups(P> 0.05),but the postoperative SR and MTF cut off values of patients in each group were significantly better than those before surgery,and the data were statistical different(P <0.05)6,respectively.The questionnaire survey within 3 months: the overall satisfaction,weaning degree,close reading and so on;in terms of medium distance(such as electronic use),the visual clarity of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.The newly designed trifocal intraocular lens(Acry Sof?IQPan Optix?trifocal intraocular lens),the medium distance vision of 60 cm within 3 months after surgery is significantly better than that of the traditional trifocal intraocular lens(AT u SAtd 839MP),and the visual distance is closer to modern people’s habits of using electronic products,providing better visual quality.2.The newly designed trifocus intraocular lens(Acry Sof?IQPan Optix?)can form stable vision in the range of40cm-80 cm after surgery,which is more conducive to the use of daily work and learning,which is obviously better than the traditional trifocus crystal.3.The newly designed three-focus intraocular lens(Acry Sof?IQPan Optix? three-focus intraocular lens)has significantly better subjective visual quality of patients than the traditional three-focus intraocular lens(AT u SAtd 839MP),especially to alleviate the daily needs of patients with mild crystal opacity with old visual symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
