Pathogenesis Of Neck Small Of The Reconstructive Technique Of Zhuang Medicine Together By The Reinforcement Technique To Treat Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Of Clinical Research

Objective:By observation and analysis on the whole the ridge,directed by the theory of pathogenesis of neck small of the reconstructive technique of zhuang medicine together by the reinforcement technique to treat the clinical curative effect of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,Aims to explore a more optimized and effective treatment,to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:60 patients with into standard,according to random number table method divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group 30cases.The team is made of zhuang medicine after reinforcement technique synergistic pathogenesis treatment of neck small of the back,the control is made of zhuang medicine after reinforcement technique combined with conventional reduction treatment.With neck pain scale(NPQ),pain,visual analogue scale(VAS)as observation indexes;With reference to the standard of diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine"and nim horizon method curative effect index cure,powerfully,effective and invalid clinical curative effect evaluation standard and calculation of the total;Observe the two groups before treatment and after treatment of NPQ,VAS score,by SPSS26.O statistical software analysis,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy:The team in various subjects:heal in 5cases,15 cases had marked effect,14 cases effective,6 no effect,the total effective rate of 96.67%.Subjects in control group:1 case of cure,9 cases had marked effect,14 cases effective,6 no effect,the total effective rate of80%.Team clinical curative effect is better than that of control group,the difference has statistical significance(X~2=8.825,P=0.032,P<0.05).(2)Northwick Park(NPQ):After the two period of treatment,two groups of NPQ scores were lower than before treatment,patients with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Comparison between groups,the way was lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.223,P=0.029,P<0.05).(3)Pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS):After the two period of treatment,VAS scores were lower than before treatment in both groups,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between groups,group was lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.618,P=0.000,P<0.05).Conclusion(s):After the treatment,two groups of subjects of NPQ,VAS scores were lower than before treatment;Comparison between groups,the team of NPQ,VAS scores were lower than the control group,and of better clinical curative effect,That word reconstructive technique of neck small of the zhuang medicine together by the reinforcement technique can effectively improve the patients’clinical symptoms on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,Is better than conventional cervical vertebra reduction and zhuang medicine through reinforcement technique to treat.
