The Impact Of Digital Economy On The High Quality Development Of Medical And Health Services

Achieving high-quality development is the main goal of today’s social and economic development.In recent years,the positive role of the digital economy in highquality social and economic development has been increasing,and its connection with people’s daily lives has become increasingly close.With the continuous promotion of high-quality development,higher demands are placed on medical and health services in terms of the growing demand for a better life for the people,and promoting highquality medical and health services is particularly important.Therefore,fully leveraging the positive role of the digital economy in promoting the high-quality development of medical and health services is not only in line with the direction of high-quality development of medical and health services,but also in line with the trend of high-quality development of the social economy.In order to deeply explore the impact and pathways of the digital economy on the high-quality development of healthcare services.This article is based on data from 31provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)across the country from 2011 to 2020,and is conducted from two main directions: theoretical research and empirical analysis.Firstly,the connotation of the digital economy and the high-quality development of healthcare services is analyzed through literature research.The research is enriched based on theories such as information asymmetry,collective action,and transaction costs.The main ways in which the digital economy can exert its influence are explored through empowerment methods such as platform development,network communication,technological development,and resource integration.Analyze the direct impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of medical and health services,and analyze its potential mediating role in promoting high-quality development of medical and health services in the digital economy from three perspectives: efficiency of fiscal expenditure allocation,degree of talent structure optimization,and data element management ability,and propose research hypotheses.Secondly,by comparing and analyzing the construction of an evaluation system for the high-quality development of digital economy and healthcare services,a multidimensional and multi indicator comprehensive measurement of the actual development situation of the two will be conducted.The development level of the digital economy and the level of healthcare services are measured using entropy weight method,CRITIC method,principal component analysis method,and combination weighting method,respectively.The measurement results are used as the main indicator data for the explanatory variable and the dependent variable.Finally,the direct impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of healthcare services was studied and validated through benchmark regression analysis and robust testing.Then,heterogeneity testing will be conducted in different regions to analyze the impact of digital economy development in different regions.At the same time,we will conduct an empirical test on the possible mesomeric effect analysis,and further explore the improvement path of the digital economy to the high-quality development of medical and health services.Draw the following conclusion:Firstly,from 2011 to 2020,the digital economy and healthcare service levels in various provinces have significantly improved,and have basically shown a gradual upward trend;Second,in the benchmark regression analysis,the development of the digital economy can play a positive role in improving the level of medical and health services,and the conclusion is still valid after the robustness test;Thirdly,regional studies have found that the development of the digital economy can effectively drive the improvement of healthcare services,but there is heterogeneity among different regions.The promotion effect is significant in the eastern region,followed by the central,western,and northeastern regions;Fourth,the analysis of mesomeric effect found that the development of digital economy can further promote the high-quality development of medical and health services by improving the efficiency of financial expenditure allocation,improving the optimization of talent structure and improving the ability to manage data elements.The mediating effect of improving the optimization of talent structure is the strongest,followed by the efficiency of fiscal expenditure allocation,and the mediating effect of improving data element management ability is the weakest.Based on empirical analysis results and corresponding conclusions,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for empowering high-quality development of medical and health services through the digital economy in terms of innovating medical service models,improving the foundation of digital development,strengthening digital element support,and strengthening regional leadership.Firstly,based on the technology brought about by digital development,we should promote the transformation of medical and health service models from "single diagnosis and treatment" to "diverse interaction";Secondly,we need to increase the construction of information infrastructure.Gradually promote the construction of digital information infrastructure,strengthen the construction of broadband network base stations and data centers;Thirdly,focus on building a digital empowerment platform,focusing on professional talent cultivation,optimizing financial resource allocation,and promoting rational utilization of resources;Fourthly,give full play to the leading role of some provinces,enhance the joint assistance effect between provinces and cities,and promote the overall improvement of medical and health service levels.
