Clinical Observation On The Curative Effect Of Zhuang Medicine Line Moxibustion On Baning Disease(Recurrent Oral Ulcer)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang medicine line moxibustion in the treatment of Bacine disease(recurrent oral ulcer),and to compare the treatment with compound borax gargle.To explore the clinical effect and prognosis evaluation of Zhuang medicine line moxibustion in the treatment of Bachin disease,and to provide reference for the clinical application of Zhuang medicine line moxibustion in the treatment of Bachin disease.Methods: A total of 60 patients with Bacine disease(recurrent oral ulcer) meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group according to the order of treatment according to random number table method.The treatment group was treated with line and point moxibustion.The prescription of acupoint selection was based on the prescription principle of "round sky and place" and the clinical experience of the instructor.The treatment site was selected: local ulcer surface of the mouth.Operation method: Treatment once every other day,treatment 3 times a week(if the wound has been completely numb during the treatment,and no obvious pain,then no more local strong medicine line moxibustion treatment).The control group was given the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer in accordance with the 2012 "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of recurrent Aphthous Ulcer(Trial)",and was given the compound borax gargle with 10 ml each time,diluted with 50 ml of warm water,and spit out 5 minutes after gargling,4 times a day,once after breakfast,lunch,dinner,and once before going to bed.The course of treatment was 1 week.Both groups were treated for 1 week,and the mean ulcer duration(days)was recorded respectively(duration,D: The total duration of each ulcer in the evaluation period was divided by the total number of ulcers),pain index(points),total effective rate,recurrence situation,safety and other indicators,and all conditions were summarized.After treatment,statistical methods were used to analyze and compare the efficacy of the two groups of treatment,and to explore the efficacy and safety of the two treatment methods in the treatment of Bacine disease.SPSS26.0 was used for statistical analysis.Non-parametric test,Chi-square test and rank sum test were used for measurement data,counting data and rank data,respectively.Results:(1)Baseline comparison of gender,average ulcer stage and pain index between the two groups showed no statistical significance(P > 0.05),and the baseline was balanced and comparable.(2)Comparison of average ulcer stage: the average ulcer stage before and after treatment group was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the average ulcer stage after treatment was shorter than before treatment,indicating that the treatment group of strong medicine line moxibustion can effectively shorten the average ulcer stage;The average ulcer period before and after treatment in the control group was significantly different(P < 0.05),and the average ulcer period after treatment was shorter than that before treatment,indicating that the compound borax gargle in the control group could effectively shorten the average ulcer period.Compared between the two groups,the mean ulcer period of the two groups after treatment did not meet the normal distribution,and there was no statistical significance after non-parametric test(P > 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the two groups was comparable,and both could promote the healing of oral ulcer.(3)Comparison of ulcer pain index: There was a statistically significant difference in the ulcer pain index between the two groups before treatment and the second day of treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups could treat the pain of oral ulcer;On the second day after treatment,there was no significant difference in ulcer pain index between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were equally effective in improving oral ulcer pain.(4)Comparison of the efficacy and benefit of the two groups: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 100%.There was no statistical significance in the comparison of the efficacy and benefit between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the efficacy and benefit of the two groups were comparable.(5)Comparison of recurrence rate: The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 33.3%.The recurrence rate of the control group was 40%,and there was no statistical significance in Chi-square test(P=0.592 > 0.05).Both groups had a high recurrence rate after treatment.(6)Safety comparison: During the observation of this study,the vital signs of patients in both groups were stable before and after treatment,and no obvious special discomfort or adverse events occurred.Conclusion: According to the evaluation criteria of "Trial criteria for Evaluation of Curative Effect of Recurrent Aphthous ulcer",Zhuang medicine line moxibustion(treatment group)and compound borax gargle(control group)have the same curative effect.In terms of recurrence rate(long-term outcome),the recurrence rate in the treatment group was comparable to that in the control group.Therefore,the curative effect of medicinal line moxibustion is equivalent to that of western medicine in the treatment of Bacine disease.No discomfort or adverse reactions were found in clinical application.The treatment of this disease by medicine-line moxibustion is worthy of clinical reference.
