Research On Service Quality Improvement Of A Internet Hospital

In recent years,great changes have taken place in medical industry,a lot of high and new technology applied in traditional hospital,to form a web hospital,to alleviate this uneven distribution of medical resources in our country and people’s health demand rising contradictions are of great help,not only that,but also can promote grading diagnosis and treatment and the implementation of the family doctor system reform.At present,domestic research on Internet hospitals is still on the surface and not deep enough.From the perspective of online medical environment,there are still big differences between China and foreign countries.With the introduction of the Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan and the "Strategy to Build a Healthy China by 2035" proposed at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,the development of Internet hospitals cannot be achieved without the promotion of a series of policies of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council.Internet hospitals,which are more efficient,more in line with The Times and meet the needs of the public for life-cycle health management services,have entered a period of rapid development.In this paper,we study mainly is to use the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)was carried out on the Internet hospital service quality evaluation is designed,using the questionnaire,through the establishment of the service quality gap model to A Internet hospital service quality present situation analysis,thought the current main problems of the Internet A hospital is the current medical treatment can not meet the expectations of patients with high level,Both in terms of service concept and infrastructure,the hospital still has a lot to improve.Finally put forward the corresponding service marketing improvement strategies:(1)refine the product service content,improve the professionalism;(2)Improve the distribution of resources and strengthen infrastructure construction;(3)Expand the scope of cooperative supervision and improve the reliability;(4)Optimize the process to improve the timeliness of service response;(5)Improve hospital management and Internet hospital service care.The research of this paper is based on the existing embryonic form of A Internet hospital,through the quality of service model.analysis and improvement of A Internet hospital,the research has A practical role in the subsequent improvement and construction of A Internet hospital;At the same time,through the service quality model,this paper analyzes the gap between the existing service quality of A Internet hospital and customer satisfaction,and finally puts forward corresponding solutions,which has reference significance for the construction of Internet hospital.
