Study On The Regulations Of Herbs And Prescriptions For The Blood Stasis Migraine Headache Based On Chinese Medical Code

Purpose: This study selected ancient literatures on the treatment of blood stasis migraine by traditional Chinese medicine,sorted out the pathogenic causes and treatment formulas,summarized the application rules of medicines for the treatment of blood stasis migraine,such as drug frequency,drug group pair,four qi,five tastes,new prescription possibility,etc.And revealed the clinical significance of its complete TCM treatment program and optimization of the standardized syndrome and treatment system of traditional Chinese medicine.To create a new idea and method for the clinical study of blood stasis migraine.Materials and methods: In this study,data of all kinds of ancient famous medical books and medical books on blood stasis migraine will be collected in the fifth edition of the Chinese Medical Code.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,ancient literatures on the treatment of blood stasis migraine by traditional Chinese medicine and other related literatures will be selected,and the etiology,pathogenesis and medication prescription of these literatures will be sorted out.The collected information was input into the TCM inheritance assistance platform software to establish the "TCM treatment of blood stasis migraine clinical database",and the relevant clinical information was mined through the data analysis and other functions of the software.Data statistics such as frequency statistics,association rule analysis and complex system entropy cluster analysis were carried out to discover the deep relationship between drugs used and summarize the compatibility rules.Results: Basic statistics: Selected and input 110 prescriptions of those meeting the requirements,involving 148 herbs.Prescription situation:(1)The 110 first prescriptions were analyzed,and the top 10 herbs with the frequency of use were:(1)licorice;(2)Angelica sinensis;(3)Ligusticum chuanxiong;(4)Peony;(5)peach kernel;(6)Rhubarb;(7)Red flower;(8)Raw Rehmannia;(9)Bupleuri;(10)Scutellaria.The main drug efficacy is to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Warm,cold,flat are the mainly roles in the four qi,.In the five tastes,the main roles are Sheen,Bitter,Sweet.To the meridian,liver,heart,spleen are the main roles.(2)Through the analysis of prescription law,the common drug pairs were:(1)Ligusticum Chuanxiong,glycyrrhiza licorice;(2)Angelica sinensis and Peony;(3)peach kernel and Angelica sinensis;(4)Red flower,peach kernel;(5)Licorice and peony;(6)Ligusticum chuanxiong and Peony;(7)Licorice and Angelica sinensis;(8)Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica sinensis;(9)Peach kernel and rhubarb;(10)Safflower and Angelica sinensis.(3)The core drugs for the treatment of blood stasis migraine are:Ligusticum Chuanxiong,licorice,angelica,peony,peach kernel,safflower.(4)The final combinations were as follows:(1)Achyranthes bidentspeach kernel-Honghua-Danshen-Xiangxiang;(2)Rehmannia digitalis-rhinoceros horn-Moutan bark-ligusticum Chuanxiong-licorice-Angelica-asarum;(3)Rhizoma corydalis-Salvia miltiorrhiza-loofah-balm-frankincense-myrrh.Conclusion:1.The formation of blood stasis migraine headache can be caused by internal and external reasons,there is evil position,there is also a deficiency long into blood stasis,the common characteristics are long course of disease,recurrence of illness.2.The clinical medication of ancient doctors closely followed the positive deficiency of blood stasis type migraine as the foundation and blood stasis as the underlying pathogenesis;The treatment is mainly to remove the evil and promote the healthy,Qi stagnation,heat stasis,blood stasis as the evil,Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency as the positive deficiency.3.The core formula obtained from cluster analysis is mainly to replenish deficiency and remove pathogenic factors,which should be combined with disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation in clinical diagnosis.
