Internet medicine was initially introduced by the State Council in July 2015 in the Guiding Opinions on Actively Promoting the Action of "Internet plus"(GF [2015] No.40),which has attracted considerable attention in the industry and is developing at an extremely fast speed. The State Council and the administrative departments at all levels have successively issued favorable policies to promote the progress of Internet medicine. From then on,they are eager for Internet medicine to benefit all regions through its broad coverage,so that remote areas can enjoy better medical resources. The Outline of the 2030 Plan for a Healthy China, according to the requirements, increases the security of medical and health data and the privacy of patients. In February2022,the National Health Commission and the Medical Administration and Medical Administration,in order to further strengthen the orderly development of Internet diagnosis and treatment and services, promote medical quality and medical safety and other requirements, emphasized the improvement of services and security mechanisms in "Internet plus health care",The most important is to strengthen the protection of patient privacy. However, due to the Internet medical enterprises settled in the traditional medical field, the actual legal persons of the company are very many and different, among which the medical services provided are relatively similar, resulting in the disorderly increase of Internet medical platform institutions, competing for excellent customers and medical care resources.Due to the rapid development of the Internet in recent years, the country has gradually improved and formulated relevant medical regulatory rules and regulations. However, domestic research on the privacy information regulation of Internet medical customers is very scarce, and there is no mature theoretical system for research at present. This paper takes the third class A hospital in H City as an example, through the analysis of the number of registered persons and archives of 1+million per year in each hospital, through the analysis of the cooperation between hospitals and Internet companies, and from a regulatory perspective, studies the difficulties of the government’s supervision of Internet medical customer privacy, and puts forward corresponding solutions, and draws inferences from one example to another, which may play a positive role in the supervision of Internet medical customer privacy in China. This paper uses the methods of literature review,semi-structured interview and other research methods. At the same time,it uses the theories of virtual organization, service innovation and collaborative governance, and combines my experience in Internet medical institutions,as well as my personal views in the field of Internet medical information,to investigate and analyze the regulatory issues related to the privacy of Internet medical customers. The research objects include patients in H City, the Health and Family Planning Commission of H City Director of Provincial Hospital Information Center of A Province, etc. So as to study the problems and solve them.
