| The concept of "Internet hospital" first appeared in 2015.Under the triple effects of favorable national policies,diverse medical needs of patients,and the need for prevention and control of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic,Internet hospitals have developed rapidly and become an important component of my country’s medical service system.part.Internet hospitals are an inevitable trend in the development of the times.Medical quality and safety are the core and lifeblood of the development of Internet hospitals.Strengthening government supervision of Internet hospitals plays a crucial role in regulating and promoting their high-quality development.This paper takes the government supervision of Internet hospitals in ChongqingMunicipality as the research object.On the basis of sorting out relevant research and policy reports on Internet hospitals at home and abroad,this paper conducts research and interviews on the current status of government supervision of Internet hospitals in Chongqing-Municipality.For problems such as Irregular management,difficulty in guaranteeing quality and safety,unsmooth rights protection in disputes,and failure to follow up on medical insurance payments,we analyze the causes of the problems in combination with multiple coordination and smart supervision theories.Due to the lack of perfect supervision facilities,etc.,then put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving and optimizing the government supervision of Chongqing-Municipality Internet Hospitals: governance according to the law,continuous improvement of the basis of the supervision system;multiple governance,establishment and improvement of the joint governance mechanism;smart supervision,improving the governance efficiency of technical means;improving the supporting facilities,to promote industry norms and other countermeasures,in order to provide a more comprehensive reference for relevant policy makers and industry participants. |
