Clinical Study Of Shenshuai Decoction Combined With Shenshuai Enema Decoction In Treating Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:The purpose of this study is to analyze the general clinical data,related laboratory tests and TCM symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure through the combined use of Shenshuai Recipe and Shenshuai Enema Retention Enema,and evaluate the combination of Shenshuai Recipe and Shenshuai Recipe in our hospital.The clinical efficacy and application value of Shuai Enema Recipe for such patients.Methods:The enrolled cases were from patients who were hospitalized in Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021.They all met the criteria for case selection and met CKD 3-5 stages,with a total of 83 cases.The patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number expression method.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in age,gender,course of disease,primary disease,CKD staging,etc.(P>0.05).Forty-one patients in the control group were given conventional treatments such as blood pressure control,blood sugar control,lipid lowering,and nutritional support.The treatment group was 42 patients who were taken orally combined with Shenshuai Decoction and Shenshuai Enema Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.Observe the blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,glomerular filtration rate,24-hour urine protein quantification,hemoglobin,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy and safety indicators of the two groups before and after treatment Data collection,sorting,and statistical analysis of changes.Results:(1)Comparison of related indexes of renal function: After 4 weeks of treatment,the SCr,BUN,and 24h-Upro of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the GFR of the two groups after the treatment was higher than that before the treatment.It shows that the treatment programs of the two groups of patients can improve the renal function of patients with CKD3-5,but the SCr,BUN,and 24h-Upro of the treatment group after treatment decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group after treatment The increase in GFR was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).It shows that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in improving the related indexes of renal function.(2)Comparison of inflammation indicators:After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were lower than before treatment,but the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the treatment group after treatment decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.01).It shows that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in improving the micro-inflammatory state of patients with chronic renal failure.(3)Hemoglobin: Whether it is the control group treated with conventional Western medicine or the treatment group treated with Shenshuai Recipe combined with Shenshuai Enema Recipe based on the former,there is no statistical difference in HB index between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The effect of improving hemoglobin is not obvious.(4)Comparison of TCM symptom scores and clinical efficacy:After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM symptom scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group It is significantly better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of patients.In terms of the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the control group has a total effective rate of 70.00%,and the treatment group has an effective rate of 87.50%.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the clinical efficacy of the disease,after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.00%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 67.50%.The total effective rate in the total clinical efficacy of the disease in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)Safety evaluation: The liver function(ALT,AST),platelets,potassium ion,electrocardiogram and other examinations of the two groups of patients before and after treatment showed no obvious abnormalities.In the treatment group,2 patients in the treatment group had stools more than 4times accompanied by abdominal pain,and the stool texture was thin,But patients can tolerate it without special treatment,and the remaining patients have no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1)The application of Shenshuai Decoction combined with Shenshuai Enema Decoction in our hospital can reduce urine protein,improve micro-inflammatory state,reduce kidney damage,and help delay the progression of CKD.(2)Shenshuai Recipe combined with Shenshuai Enema Recipe reduces SCr,BUN,increases GFR,and improves renal function.The mechanism may be related to reducing urine protein and improving micro-inflammatory state;(3)The treatment method in this study is low in cost,safe and reliable,and worthy of promotion.
