Research On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Types And Medication Patterns Of Director Gang Shunkui In Treating Primary Gout Based On Data Mining

Objective: Analyze the prescriptions of Chief Physician Gang Shunkui for treating various types of gout,summarize their medication patterns and academic ideas,in order to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods:Select the prescriptions for various types of primary gout that meet the inclusion criteria from the outpatient clinic of Chief Physician Gang Shunkui from November 2021to October 2022.After standardizing the names of traditional Chinese medicine,use the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)for data mining analysis to explore the rules of prescription medication.Results:A total of 181 prescriptions met the inclusion criteria.The common syndrome types are: damp-heat accumulation syndrome,phlegm-turbid block syndrome,stasis heat block syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.There are 143 drugs in total.Commonly used drugs include Duhuo,Bai Zhu,Cangzhu,Yiyiren,Gancao,etc.,and the drug efficacy is mainly heat clearing,wind and dampness removing,blood circulation and blood stasis removing,and deficiency reinforcing.Most of them are warm drugs and cold drugs.Among the five flavors,bitter medicine and sweet medicine are more,accounting for92.46%.The core drugs in each syndrome type were extracted to form 3 groups.There are21 high-frequency drugs and 16 groups of high-frequency drug combinations in the syndrome of damp-heat accumulation,and the main treatment is to clear heat,strengthen spleen and remove dampness.There are 10 high-frequency drugs and 4 groups of high-frequency drugs in the syndrome of phlegm stagnation,and the main treatment is to strengthen the spleen and dissipate phlegm,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.There are 8 high-frequency drugs and 11 groups of high-frequency drugs in the syndrome of stagnation of blood stasis and heat.The main treatment is to promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and relieve pain by removing dampness.There are 12high-frequency drugs in the syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency,and 11 groups of high-frequency drugs are combined.The main treatment is to dispel wind,remove dampness,and replenish spleen and kidney.Conclusion: In the treatment of primary gout,Director Gang Shunkui often focuses on drugs that strengthen spleen and moisture,clear heat,dispel rheumatism,and activate blood circulation and remove stasis,advocating "cold and temperature at the same time",often using bitter medicine dry and damp,sweet medicine and medium urgency.In the formula,commonly used ingredients include Duhuo,Baizhu,Cangzhu,Yiyiren,Gancao,etc.Make good use of liver,spleen,lung,and kidney meridian drugs to coordinate various organs to eliminate the pathogenic factors of water dampness.Pay attention to dialectical treatment,take the strengthening of the spleen as the foundation,attach importance to the conditioning of medium focus,and make good use of different treatment methods such as wind and dehumidification,heat clearing and diuresis,activating blood and removing stasis,nourishing liver and kidney in different types of evidence.While taking care of the spleen and stomach,it regulates the relationship between various organs and emphasizes the overall concept.
