Exploring The Clinical Results Of Modified Ameliorated Vagina Tighten Surgeryandresearch Progressofnon-invasive Vaginal Rejuvenation

Purpose:To analyze the clinical effect of the vaginal rejuvenation with preservation of the vaginal mucosa and remodeling the posterior union and labial tethering,aiming to obtain a safer and more effective surgical procedure for the treatment of vaginal laxity and to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of postpartum vaginal laxity.Method:A total of 30 patients with vaginal laxity after vaginal delivery were admitted and underwent vaginal rejuvenation with preservation of the vaginal mucosa and remodeling the posterior union and labial tethering.The patients were followed up at 6-12months after surgery,and the improvement of vaginal laxity and quality of life was assessed by the pre-and post-operative vaginal laxity and health survey scores to determine the effectiveness and safety of the surgery.Results:The results of the postoperative follow-up showed that 19 patients reported strong vaginal contractions and no significant vaginal laxity;7 patients had mild vaginal laxity;3 patients had moderate vaginal laxity;and 1 patient still had severe vaginal laxity after surgery.In the postoperative follow-up,a health survey was conducted,and compared with the preoperative scores,the patients’ health survey scores improved significantly,and their quality of life improved significantly.Conclusion:The modified vaginal augmentation used in this study was accurate and effective with few postoperative complications.The vaginal contraction force was enhanced,most of the mucosa was preserved,and the postoperative vaginal folds were increased,while the posterior union and labial tethering pattern were repaired and the local barrier was re-established.After the operation,the labia majora and labia minora close naturally,maintaining better vaginal wetness and relieving symptoms such as vaginal dryness,painful intercourse and reduced contraction power.It can not only effectively improve the symptoms related to vaginal laxity and enhance the quality of patients’ sexual life,but also beautify the shape of vulva and enhance patients’ selfconfidence.It is an effective solution for the treatment of postpartum vaginal laxity and is suitable for clinical promotion.
