An Ameliorated Vagina Tighten Surgery And The Research Progress Of Laser In The Treatment Of Vaginal Rejuvenation

Background:Pregnancy,parturition,age of growth,and other factors can not only induce vaginal relaxation and reduce the quality of women’s sexual life,but also damage the perineal body and decline the position of the posterior labial commissure.The perineal body injury may lead to urinary incontinence,fecal incontinence,pelvic organ prolapse,etc.The length of the perineal body will shorten after the injury.The distance between the anus and vaginal introitus might be reduced,that will increase risks of vaginitis and urethritis caused by intestinal bacteria The decline of posterior commissure not only affects the appearance of vulva,but also influences the closure of labia magna and exposes the vaginal introitus,which may increase the risk of vaginitis.It will have a serious impact on women’s physiology and psychology.Objective:to analyze the clinical effect of the vaginal tightening combined with enhancing the perineal body and remodeling the posterior labial commissure,to provide safe and practical operation for vaginal rejuvenation.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019,20 women with vaginal relaxation after vaginal delivery who visit the minimally invasive plastic center of Plastic Surgery Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,were treated with the vaginal tightening combined with of enhancing the perineal body and remodeling the posterior labial commissure.After 6-24 months of follow-up,the results of postoperative vaginal contraction and satisfaction with the appearance of the vulva were analyzed.Results:All the incisions of 20 patients healed in Grade A,without bleeding,infection,or rectal injury.After 6-24 months of follow-up,18 patients showed strong vaginal contraction,significantly improved the quality of sexual life,and satisfied with the effect of vaginal contraction(90%);2 patients showed no obvious improvement compared with preoperative;18 patients were satisfied with the improvement of the appearance of vulva after the operation,and 2 patients were dissatisfied with the appearance of vulva due to obvious scar,90%of the patients satisfied with the appearance of the vulva.16 patients(80%)said they were satisfied with both.Conclusion:The surgery of vaginal tightening combined with enhancing the perineal body and remodeling the posterior labial commissure is a good choice for clinical treatment of vaginal relaxation with its safety and fewer complications.The surgery not only enhances the vaginal contractility of women with vaginal relaxation after vaginal delivery and improve the quality of sexual life,but also reconstruct the shape of the vulva and make the appearance and function of vulva younger.
