Although the COVID-19 has entered the stage of normalized prevention and control, infectious diseases similar to COVID-19 still challenge the governance systems and capabilities of countries. From the perspective of human history, the frequency and intensity of global infectious diseases are increasing. The harm of infectious diseases has significantly increased the cost of risk management, greatly increasing the vulnerability of society, and the response in the post epidemic era has gradually shifted to the optimization of social governance and repair. Moreover, public health emergencies in prisons have become the focus of public attention. In the early stage of epidemic prevention and control, there was indeed infection in prison, but in the middle and late stages of epidemic prevention and control and the era of normalized prevention and control, the prevention and control of COVID-19 infectious diseases in prison has been in an effective state, and there has been no uncontrolled infection in prison. However, the prevention and control of infectious diseases in COVID-19 prison is also carried out by crossing the river by feeling the stones.Even if the prevention and control level of COVID-19 has been reduced,it does not mean that there will be no uncontrollable situation in the future. This article hopes that through in-depth research on the prevention and control of infectious diseases in COVID-19 Prison,we can more recognize the weaknesses in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in prison places, analyze the causes of the problems, and finally provide some optimization measures for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in prison. This paper studied and analyzed the prevention and control of COVID-19 infectious diseases in prison of A city, consulted relevant literature, learned about the research status of public security and emergency management, infectious disease prevention and control, and novel coronavirus prevention and control at home and abroad, and comprehensively and systematically sorted out the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Through the systematic summary and profound thinking on the prevention and control of novel coronavirus infection in prison of City A,using the methods of literature research, case analysis and comparative research, and combining the process of the formation and operation of COVID-19 infectious disease prevention and control mechanism system in prison of City A,as well as the achievements and benefits achieved in the current situation, the deficiencies in input control, output management, basic preparation for epidemic prevention, linkage mechanism inside and outside prison, and prison collective attributes are found out,Based on the reasons for the increased risk of the epidemic caused by external input, the issue of outputting criminal release interviews, limited emergency supplies and police equipment, lack of practical experience in prison linkage, and difficulties in isolated prison conditions, and drawing on theoretical methods such as public safety theory, risk prevention theory, and emergency management theory,we propose to strictly control the inspection of foreign people and vehicles, improve the prevention and control system of criminal release interviews, allocate resources reasonably, and improve personnel training Improve the linkage mechanism between inside and outside the prison, and optimize the construction of hospital shelters within the prison,in order to provide some ideas for better prevention and control of infectious diseases, respond to global infectious diseases that may still occur in the future, and provide some reference for emergency management of similar public safety events.
