ObjectiveA stroke rehabilitation nursing program with robot-assisted gait training was constructed and validated by evidence-based nursing,and its effect was evaluated to provide basis for clinical decision-making.Methods1.Summary of evidence on nursing measures of stroke rehabilitation with robot-assisted gait training.Through the search of evidence,to retrieve the clinical decision-making,guidelines,evidence aggregation,expert opinion consensus,systematic review,and Randomized controlled trial related to stroke rehabilitation care for the combined robotassisted gait training,objective:to summarize the best evidence about stroke rehabilitation nursing of combined robot-assisted gait training.2.Establishment of a rehabilitation nursing program for stroke patients with robotassisted gait training.On the basis of previous research,a draft stroke rehabilitation nursing program of combined robot-assisted gait training was formed through group discussion,and the draft program was verified by experts through focus group interview,to form the final draft of stroke rehabilitation nursing program with robot-assisted gait training.3.Preliminary clinical verification of stroke rehabilitation nursing program with robotassisted gait training.In this quasi-experimental study,patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the first ward of a Grade Ⅲ,Class A Hospital Department of Neurology in Shanghai from March to December 2022 were selected as the experimental group,the traditional rehabilitation training combined with robot-assisted rehabilitation training was carried out.In order to ensure the comparability of the baseline data between the two groups,the patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken as the control group.The gait parameters、FAC score、FMA score、6-minute walk test、Berg balance scale and MBI score were compared between the two groups.Results1.Summary of evidence on nursing measures of stroke rehabilitation with robot-assisted gait training.3314 articles were retrieved,and 19 were finally included.There were 4 guidelines,3 evidence summaries,8 systematic reviews and 4 Randomized controlled trial.The quality of the literature was evaluated and the best evidence of 9 dimensions and 23 nursing measures for stroke rehabilitation combined with robot-assisted gait training was obtained.2.Establishment of a rehabilitation nursing program for stroke patients with robotassisted gait training.On the basis of the best evidence summary,through group discussion,a draft stroke rehabilitation nursing program combined with robot-assisted gait training was prepared,and 8 medical,nursing and rehabilitation experts were recruited by focus group interview,the expert authority coefficient(CR)was 0.88125.The final version of Stroke Rehabilitation Nursing program was formed by revising,arranging and perfecting the draft.The program includes evaluation,rehabilitation nursing management,effect evaluation,nurse education and so on.3.Preliminary clinical verification of stroke rehabilitation nursing program with robotassisted gait training.The results showed that the gait parameters,motor function,balance function and activities of daily living of the patients were significantly improved after combined robot-assisted gait training.Conclusion1.In this study,we searched domestic and foreign databases and related guidelines,systematic reviews and original studies on stroke rehabilitation nursing based on evidencebased evaluation combined with robot-assisted gait training,it integrates the best evidence of stroke rehabilitation nursing with robot-assisted gait training.2.The expert meeting discussion unifies the clinical actual situation,forms the multidisciplinary rehabilitation nursing team linkage.To provide basis for clinical practice of stroke rehabilitation nursing with robot-assisted gait training.3.The feasibility and effectiveness of the stroke rehabilitation nursing program with robot-assisted gait training were verified.Combined robot-assisted gait training can improve the gait characteristics of stroke patients with limb dysfunction,improve the balance function,motor function and daily activity ability,and reduce the burden of rehabilitation work of medical staff.
