Research On Value Based Health-care Service In Public Hospitals

The overall value positioning of public hospitals is public welfare,and the implementation of value medical services is the key measure for public hospitals to realize its public welfare.Value medical treatment is a new medical service model constructed with the cost,diagnosis and treatment effect and sense of medical treatment as the evaluation dimension.The COVID-19 epidemic has had a great impact on the world and China’s economy,and caused great problems to the work and lives of the common people,especially the frontline medical workers,whose work and service models have completely changed dramatically.Under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,how to realize the value co-creation between medical staff and patients in the medical service value chain and the patient demand value chain,Finally,a situation of medical service provider,medical service demanders and medical service payer will benefit together and win-win.This research with B hospital as the empirical research object,under the guidance of value theory and GROW model,by reading literature at home and abroad,the value of medical basic concepts and related theory,on the basis of mastering the basic theory,found the public hospital management practice value medical service research,and then the study of this topic.This research uses research methods such as literature analysis,comparative research and empirical analysis to be problem-oriented,takes the implementation of value medical services in Hospital B as the empirical research,and explores the implementation path of value medical services;Comparing the value of medical service standard,the hospital B value medical service status research,analysis,with facts and data of problems and cause analysis,learn from domestic and foreign experience,improve the B hospital value medical service measures,guide hospital service innovation based on customer and market demand,optimize the medical cost structure,improve hospital service level and service quality,enhance the medical feeling,to some extent,enrich the theory of service innovation system.
