| Objectives To understand the current situation of personal job matching degree of nurses in Tangshan City,analyze the main factors affecting the personal job matching degree of nurses in intensive care units,and provide theoretical basis for improving the personal job matching degree of nurses in intensive care units,so as to improve the motivation and job identity of nurses in intensive care units.Methods From February to August 2021,320 clinical nurses from eight hospitals in Tangshan City were selected as the study population for a questionnaire survey.The survey included the application of the Areas of Worklife Scale to investigate the current situation of the degree of personal job match of nurses in the intensive care unit.The General Information Questionnaire,China Registered Competency Inventory of Registered-nurses,10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Social Support-rating Scale and Nurse Leader Leadership Questionnaire were applied to investigate the factors influencing the degree of individual job matching of nurses in the intensive care unit.Results 1 The total score of individual job matching degree of nurses in Tangshan intensive care medicine department was(94.35±11.96),where the dimension with the highest mean score was team atmosphere(4.01±0.63)and the dimension with the lowest mean score was workload(2.79±0.60).2 Results of a univariate analysis of the degree of individual job matching of nurses in critical care medicine:2.1Marital status,years of work,income satisfaction,and education affected the scores of job recognition dimension;gender,marital status,income satisfaction,and education affected the scores of team atmosphere dimension;marital status and income satisfaction affected the scores of equity dimension;marital status,income satisfaction,and education affected the scores of values dimension,and all of the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.2Nurse core competencies affect the degree of individual job matching and the degree of matching across dimensions for nurses in intensive care medicine,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).2.3Among the psychological factors,psychological adaptability and psychological resilience were moderately and positively correlated(r>0.3)with the degree of individual job match and autonomy,job recognition,team atmosphere,equity and values dimensions of the critical care nurses,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).2.4Among the social support factors,social objective support,social subjective support,and use of support can influence the degree of individual job matching and the dimensions of the intensive care medicine nurses,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).2.5Nurse leader leadership was moderately and positively correlated(r>0.3)with individual job match and scores on each dimension for nurses in critical care medicine,with statistically significant support,utilization of support,psychological adaptability.4 Path analysis model:The results show that social objective support,use of support,and nurse leader leadership can influence the degree of individual job match for nurses in the critical care unit through direct and indirect pathways.Psychological adaptability and nurse core competencies were both mediating variables and also had a direct effect on the degree of job matching of individual nurses in the intensive care unit.Conclusions 1 The degree of individual job matching of nurses in Tangshan City’s intensive care unit is at an intermediate level.2 Marital status,psychological adaptability,objective social support,utilization of support,nurse leader leadership,and nurse core competencies are factors influencing the degree of individual job matching of nurses in Tangshan City’s intensive care unit.3 Psychological adjust and nurse core competencies can both directly and indirectly influence the degree of individual job
