| Objectives To observe the efficacy of Xiaoyao Loubei prescription combined with AT chemotherapy in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer with stagnation of liver qi and phlegm coagulation,and explore the effects of Xiaoyao Loubei prescription on TCM syndromes,body function,solid tumor,tumor markers and adverse reactions of chemotherapy.Methods 82 patients with triple-negative breast cancer who were conformed to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and TCM syndrome differentiation were stagnation of liver qi and phlegm type.They were randomly divided into 41 cases in the control group and 41 cases in the experimental group.The control group received epirubicin + docetaxel chemotherapy.Before chemotherapy,dexamethasone and palonosetron were given intravenously for pretreatment.The adverse reactions were treated symptomatically according to the situation of the patients.The experimental group was treated with the same chemotherapy scheme and pretreatment before treatment.Xiaoyao Loubei prescription was used in parallel,one dose per day,400 ml,twice in the morning and evening,for 4 cycles.The TCM syndrome score,curative effect evaluation of solid tumor,tumor markers,physical function status and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 4 cycles of treatment.SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Results During the experiment,2 cases in the experimental group were excluded because they did not take medicine as required,and 1 case was suspended because of the progress of the disease.In the control group,1 case had serious adverse reactions and 2 cases discontinued the test due to the progress of the disease.The remaining 76 patients completed 4 cycles of clinical trials.There was no significant difference in age,clinical stage and pathological type between the two groups(P > 0.05).1 TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 89.47% and 50.00% respectively,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,except that there was no significant difference between the chest mass groups(P > 0.05),the other indexes of TCM syndrome were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).2 Body function status: After treatment,the KPS score of the two groups increased partially(P < 0.05),and the effect of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3 Curative effect of solid tumor: After two cycles of treatment,the effective rates of the two groups were 51.28% in the experimental group and 45.00% in the control group,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).After 4 cycles of treatment,the effective rates of the two groups were 76.32% in the experimental group and 73.68% in the control group,with no significant difference(P > 0.05).4 Tumor markers of breast cancer: After treatment,swelling of the two groups decreased,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).5.The incidence of adverse reactions: Nausea,vomiting,fatigue,diarrhea,leucopenia,neutropenia,anemia,elevated ALT and AST in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05);Such as hair loss,constipation,oral mucositis,elevated bilirubin and decreased platelet,there was no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions Xiaoyao Loubei prescription combined with AT chemotherapy can improve the TCM Syndromes of triple-negative breast cancer patients with liver stagnation and phlegm coagulation,and improve their physical function.To some extent,it can control the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients.Figure 0;Table12;Reference 120... |
