Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Combined With Lumbar Tendon And Knot By Acupuncture And Plucking Of Tendon And Knot

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with elastic pulling method for the treatment of LDH with lumbar tendon knots,and to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of LDHMethods According to the case selection criteria,80 patients with LDH were admitted to the acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of Shijiazhuang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine.The patients in the control group were treated by General Acupuncture and the patients in the test group were treated by acupuncture combined with the method of elastic-plucked Tendon.The Age,sex,course and grade of disease of the two groups were used as baseline data.The basic data were collected before treatment.The Vas scores,Joa Scores,comprehensive curative effect evaluation of TCM disease and syndrome and superficial color ultrasound were compared before and 3 weeks after treatment,respectively,evaluation of pain and limb function recovery,as well as changes in tendon size,was performed to assess the safety of acupuncture accidents and patients with or without physical discomfort.Data analysis using SPSS23.0,measurement data in line with the normal use of t-test,not in line with the normal distribution,the use of rank-sum test.Results 1 General Data: By statistical analysis,there was no statistical difference in age,sex,course of disease and classification of disease between the two groups.2 Score: Joa Total score and its scores were significantly increased after treatment in both groups,and VAS scores were significantly decreased after treatment,the results showed that both groups had curative effect on LDH.After treatment,the total score of Joa and other scores in the control group were significantly lower than those in the treatment group,while the VAS score was significantly higher than that in the treatment group,the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms,signs,daily activities and quality of life.After treatment,the size of tendon knot in the treatment group was significantly smaller than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the size of tendon knot in the control group was not significantly changed after treatment.4 The total effective rate was 92.11%.The total effective rate was 92.11% in the control group.In the control group,37 patients completed the treatment,1 patients were cured,17 patients were effective,8 patients were effective,11 patients were ineffective,the total effective rate was 70.27%,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014 <0.05),indicating that acupuncture combined with spring-pulling method is better than general acupuncture in treating LDH.Conclusions 1 acupuncture combined with tendon and knot plucking(treatment group)and ordinary acupuncture(control group)are effective in the treatment of LDH with lumbar tendon and knot,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.2 Acupuncture combined with elastic method has the effect of reducing waist tendon.Figure0;Table11;Reference 124...
