Objectives:This topic observed puncturing Jiantong point combining 2 tendons kneading and six directions Plucking manipulation on the acute frozen shoulder on the basis of previous working experience and other scholars'researchs, and provided for the frozen shoulder another accurate curative effect, safety, operation simple, and the sufferers with less pain treatment method.Method:90 patients with frozen shoulder were randomly divided into three groups, each one is 30. the treatment group,the control group 1 and the control group 2. The treatment group was treated with puncturing Jiantong cave combining 2 tendons kneading and six directions Plucking manipulation recipe, the control group 1 was treated with puncturing Jiantong cave.The control group 2 was treated with puncturing Jiantong cave combining general massage.The purpose of this experiment is to observe the clinical efficacy of the three groups. Three groups of datas all use statistical software for statistical analysis SPSS17.0.Result: It shows no discrepancy between Treatment group and contral groups on sex,age,course of illness,and grade point before treatment, etc. before treatment,so there is no statistics meaning,possessing comparability. After curing, there is discrepancy between treatment group and contral group 2,also between contral group 1 and contral group 2, but no discrepancy between treatment group and contral group 1, so it shows that the effective cases of treatment group and contral group 1 is more than the contral group 2's. There is obvious discrepancy between treatment group and contral groups on the cured cases, the treatment group's is more than contral groups. Also there is obvious discrepancy between treatment group and contral groups on the grade point after treatment, it shows that the treatment group's is higher than contral groups. At last, there is distinct discrepancy between treatment group and contral groups on the days for cured, it shows that the treatment group's is less than contral groups'Conclusion:Passing by clinical search,we discoverd that using the treatment of Puncturing Jiantong point combining 2 tendons kneading and six directions Plucking manipulation on frozen shoulder show a distinct effect, and provide another treatment method what is safety, available, operation simple and sufferers with less pain.
