| Objectives Effects of Compound Danshen dripping pills on LDL-C,Hs-CRP and clinical efficacy in Patients with PCI.Methods A total of 306 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of The Ninth Hospital of Xingtai city and underwent coronary stent implantation were selected from October 1,2020 to October 1,2020.All patients met the inclusion criteria.Ldl-c,HDL-C,TG,TC,Hs-CRP,LVEDD and LVEF were examined at admission and after reexamination.According to whether the patients took compound Danshen dripping pills orally,the patients were divided into observation group(n: 151)and control group(n: 155).SPSS28.0 software was used to establish the database and data analysis,and the differences of LDL-C,HDL-C,TG,TC,Hs-CRP,LVEDD,LVEF and other examination indexes between the observation group and the control group were compared.According to whether compound Danshen dripping pills were taken orally and the admission time,306 patients were divided into single number as observation group and double number as control group.SPSS28.0 software was used to establish the database and analyze the data.The normal distribution and logarithmic measurement data conforming to the normal distribution were expressed in the form of "".Analysis of variance was used to compare the mean values between groups.The measurement data of skewness distribution were expressed in the form of "median(interquartile spacing)",i.e.Q(Q25-Q75),and the comparison of median between the two groups was performed by Mann-Whitney U test.Statistical data were expressed as percentage(%),and chi-square test was used to compare the composition between groups.The difference of LDL-C,HDL-C,TG,TC,Hs-CRP,LVEDD,LVEF and the difference between the observation group and the control group was compared.Results A total of 306 PATIENTS with PCI were included in this study.There were 151 patients in the observation group,including 98 males and 53 females,with an average age of 63.84±9.05 years,and 155 patients in the control group,including 95 males and 60 females,with an average age of 63.55±9.9 years.The results showed that there was no statistical difference in gender,smoking history,hypertension and diabetes control between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference in age between the observation group and the control group through t test(P>0.05).The HsCRP,blood lipid index and cardiac function index of the observation group and the control group were compared.LDL-C,TC,HDL-C,TG and LVEDD of the observation group and the control group were in line with normal distribution at admission,and the T test was applied.The Hs-CRP and LVEF of the observation group and the control group were not in line with normal distribution at admission,and the non-parametric test was applied.The results showed that there were no significant differences in LDL-C,TC,HDL-C,TG,LVEDD and LVEF between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).Hs-crp in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at admission,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The Hs-CRP,LDL-C,TC,TG,HDL-C and LVEDD of the observation group and the control group were in line with the normal distribution and the T test was applied.The LVEF of the observation group and the control group was not in line with the normal distribution and the non-parametric test was applied.The results showed that there were no significant differences in HS-CRP,TC,HDL-C,LVEDD and LVEF between the two groups(P > 0.05).Ldl-c and TG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(2.44±0.93 vs 1.98±0.60 mmol.L-1,P<0.05).The Hs-CRP of the observation group and the control group did not conform to the normal distribution,Wilcoxon rank sum test was applied,the LDL-C of the observation group and the control group conform to the normal distribution,t test was applied,the Hs-CRP of the control group had no significant change compared with the admission,and the Hs-CRP of the observation group was lower than the admission.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the time of review,LDL-C in both control group and observation group was lower than that at admission,with statistical significance(2.82±0.92 vs2.44±0.93 mmol.L-1,P<0.05).The Hs-CRP at admission of the observation group and the control group did not conform to the normal distribution.Non-parametric test was used to show that LDL-C at admission of the control group and the observation group,TC at admission,TG at admission,HDL-C at admission,LDL-C at admission,and LDL-C at admission were in line with the normal distribution.T test showed that Hs-CRP decreased more in the observation group than in the control group after taking compound Salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After taking compound Salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills,the reduction degree of LDL-C in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(0.39±1.08 vs 0.84±0.81 mol.L-1,P<0.05).The LVEDD at admission and the LVEF at reexamination of the observation group and the control group were in line with normal distribution.T test was applied to show that the reduction of LVEDD and LVEF in the observation group was greater than that in the control group after taking compound Salvia miltiorrhiza dripping pills.Difference was statistically significant(3.87±15.40 vs-0.47±7.29 mm,P<0.05),(3.78±20.45 vs-0.17±8.84%,P<0.05).Conclusions In the course of disease treatment,patients who have been treated with PCI can effectively reduce LDL-C and Hs-CRP indexes,indicating that compound Salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills have good lipid-regulating and anti-inflammatory effects.Meanwhile,compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills can effectively improve LVEF index,LVEDD index and promote the recovery of left ventricular function.Improve symptoms and prognosis of patients.Figure0;Table6;Reference 141... |
