Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction On Early CRF Patients With Spleen-Kidney Qi Deficiency Combined With Blood Stasis

Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF)with spleen-kidney qi deficiency and blood Stasis.Methods Sixty patients with early CRF with spleen-kidney qi deficiency combined with blood stasis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the experimental group plus Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction.Estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR)and secondary indicators were recorded before and after treatment for 12 weeks in both groups.TCM syndrome score,Serum creatinine(Scr),Usea nitrogen(BUN),Cystatin C,Cys-C),high-sensitivity C-reactive Protein(h S-CRP),serum β-2 Microglobulin(β2-MG),24 h urinary Protein quantification and safety indicators:Aspertate Aminotransferase(AST),glutamic-Pyruvic transaminase(ALT).According to the recorded data,the effective rate of TCM syndrome and disease was calculated,and the statistical software was used to analyze the recorded data to draw a conclusion.Results 1 Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,complications,e GFR,TCM syndrome score,Scr,BUN,CYS-C,hs-CRP,β2-MG,24 h urine protein quantification,AST and ALT between 2 groups(P > 0.05).2 Main outcome measures(e GFR): the mean values before and after treatment in the experimental group were(49.19 ± 5.17)and(56.76 ± 9.59)ml/min/1.73m2 respectively,while those in the control group were(47.52 ± 4.68)and(48.66 ± 5.31)ml/min/1.73m2 respectively.There was significant difference between the groups after treatment(P < 0.05);Within the group comparison,the difference between the experimental group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the difference between the control group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3 Secondary outcome measures(TCM syndrome score,Scr,BUN,Cys-C,hs-CRP,β2-MG,24 h urinary protein quantification): after treatment,the mean values of all indexes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05);Compared within the group,there was no significant difference in SCR and hs CRP in the control group(P > 0.05),and the other differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).4 Effective rate of curative effect: the effective rate of TCM syndrome and disease in the experimental group were 83.33%(25/30)and 86.67%(26/30)respectively,and 53.33%(16/30)and 60.00%(18/30)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant by rank sum test(P < 0.05).5 There was no significant difference in safety indexes(ALT,AST)between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05),and there were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusions Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction has definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of early CRF patients with spleen-kidney qi deficiency combined with blood stasis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and delay the progression of the disease.Moreover,it has no effect on transaminase and no serious adverse events,so it is relatively safe for clinical application.Figure0;Table16;Reference 115...
