The Influencing Factors Of Shanghai Foundation’s Participation In Medical Assistance

In recent years,medical assistance has been paid more and more attention as an important part of my country’s social assistance system.Since the establishment of my country’s medical assistance,the government has been the main body of responsibility.With the strong development of organizations,foundations,as the main force in social organizations,are increasingly participating in medical assistance,and their role in promoting the improvement of the multi-level medical security system is also increasing.In the process of participating in medical assistance,the foundation has fully exploited its own advantages,formed an effective supplement to government functions,and met the diverse medical assistance needs of the people to a certain extent.Its importance is self-evident.Because of its importance,the society is paying more and more attention to the factors that affect the foundation’s participation in medical assistance,and what role do these factors play?What can be improved in the process of the foundation’s participation in medical assistance? This research hopes to clarify the important factors affecting the foundation’s participation in medical assistance by discussing these issues,so as to improve the level of medical assistance in my country and realize the "Healthy China" as soon as possible."Provide theoretical basis and policy reference.Shanghai is one of the cities where foundations develop extremely rapidly in my country.The foundation has carried out many medical aid projects in Shanghai,and has good conditions for practical research.This paper selects 4 typical foundations in Shanghai,collects the cases of their participation in medical assistance through field research and interviews,and uses the grounded theory method combined with multi-case studies to determine the influencing factors of foundations’ participation in medical assistance.Do a comparative analysis.This study has sorted out four types of factors,namely social environmental factors,subject collaboration factors,organizational governance factors and project operation factors,and conducted an in-depth exploration of their influences.Specifically,the influence of social environmental factors is reflected in the lack of modern charitable cultural atmosphere,and the lack of sound policies and regulations;the influence of the main cooperation factors is that the enthusiasm of medical institutions to cooperate is not fully mobilized,and the degree of cooperation between the government and foundations is not high;organizational governance factors The supply and training mechanism of talents for the foundation is lacking,and the credibility of the foundation is insufficient;the influence of project operation factors is that the coverage of rescue resources is not comprehensive enough,the timeliness of the rescue process and the project exposure affect the matching of rescue services.Based on empirical analysis and literature review,this paper attempts to put forward the following policy recommendations,including:optimizing the charity atmosphere and improving supporting regulations;establishing a joint rescue mechanism involving multiple parties;improving the professional talent training mechanism and improving the transparency of foundation information;In order to promote the foundation to achieve better results in the field of medical assistance.
