Research On The Internet Public Opinion Response To Medical Disputes In The Health Administration Department Of Neijiang In The Era Of We Media

After years of forward-looking layout,China has fully built an IPv6 network "expressway" extending in all directions.With the development of Internet information technology,the skyline,QQ space and renren.com have gradually evolved into micro-blog,Wechat Moments and Tiktok.They are not only social platforms,but also the main way to obtain information;Just registering an account,everyone can become the source of news release,and the "stream" has changed from a fictional,invisible and untouchable thing to a virtual commodity that can be purchased with money.Therefore,as long as it is a "hot spot" with news value,it spreads on the network media and form the network public opinion without news media.At present,China is embarking on a new journey of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics in an all-round way.The situation and environment we are facing are changing rapidly.Social focus issues,hot public opinions and emergencies are also characterized by diversity,diversity and changeability.Among all kinds of network public opinion,"medical safety","doctor-patient relationship" and "medical service" have their own hot search physique.In the new We Media environment,the health administrative department needs to establish the industry image,maintain the stability of medical order,and avoid the occurrence of online public opinion crisis as much as possible.And how to deal with medical disputes network public opinion is a systematic work,which needs the health administrative department to focus on.In the context of the We Media era,this paper defines the scope of research through basic concepts such as medical disputes,public opinion response and public crisis management,combines the life cycle theory and 4R crisis management theory,and summarizes the current research status of public opinion crisis management of medical dispute network public opinion cases in Neijiang from the four stages of reduction,preparation,response and recovery,and finds that there are a lack of risk crisis awareness and assessment system,the hierarchical processing mechanism is not perfect and there is a lack of talents to deal with public opinion crisis.Therefore,this paper discusses how to establish the awareness of network public opinion crisis and the monitoring and early warning mechanism of network public opinion crisis in medical disputes and hierarchical processing mechanism,also how to improve the crisis response ability of relevant personnel.
