| Objective: In this study,meta-analysis methods and clinical experiments were used to study patients after vertebral compression fracture after postmenopausal osteoporosis,and mainly observed the effects of systemic mechanical vibration intervention in sitting and standing positions on serum bone metabolism markers,bone density,pain score,low back pain JOEA score and other indicators in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.Provide a safe and curative treatment option for patients with postmenopausal osteoporotic fractures.Methods:The literature at home and abroad was collected and the literature related to postmenopausal osteoporotic fractures and systemic mechanical vibration was meta-analyzed,and 30 patients who met the enrollment conditions who met the enrollment conditions who were hospitalized in Liyuan Hospital,Tongji Hospital,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan,Hubei Province were selected as research objects,divided into three groups,namely experimental sitting group,control standing group,and conventional intervention blank treatment group,and strictly screened patients according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The experimental sitting group was treated with vibration therapy by sitting on a vibrating platform,and the control group was treated with vibration therapy on a standing platform in a standing position,and the baseline values of the patient’s condition including serum bone metabolism markers,bone mineral density,pain score,and lower back pain JOA score were recorded before treatment.Use the I-VIB5020 rehabilitation type whole-body vertical rhythm motive.Perform a three-month loading treatment.All patients received low-magnitude(20 HZ,5 mm)intermittent whole-body mechanical vibrations for 15 minutes each time(3 minutes of vibration,interval time of 2 minutes is once)five times a week.Results: 1.VAS score: Compared with the VAS score before treatment,the VAS score after three months of treatment and after one month of treatment in the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the VAS score of the blank control group after one month of treatment and that of the control group after three months of treatment and that of the control group after one month of treatment(p>0.05).The VAS scores of the blank experimental group and the control group after one month of treatment were compared.The VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the blank control group(p=0.006<0.01).The VAS scores of the experimental group and the blank control group after three months of treatment were compared.The VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the blank control group(p=0.000<0.01).2.JOA score: compared with the JOA score after three months of treatment in the experimental group,the result was significantly improved(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the JOA score between the control group and the blank control group after one month of treatment compared with the JOA score before treatment and after three months of treatment compared with the JOA score after one month of treatment(p>0.05).The JOA scores of the control group and the experimental group before operation and one month after treatment were compared,p>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Compared with the JOA score of the control group and the experimental group after three months of treatment,the JOA score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p=0.0070 < 0.01).The JOA scores of the blank control group and the experimental group before operation and one month after treatment were compared,p>0.05.The JOA scores of the blank control group and the experimental group after three months of treatment were compared,and the improvement of the JOA scores of the experimental group was better than that of the blank control group(p=0.0067<0.01).3.Lumbar BMD: There is no significant difference between the BMD of the experimental group,the control group and the blank control group after one month of treatment compared with the BMD before treatment,and after three months of treatment compared with the BMD after one month of treatment,p>0.05.The BMD of the control group and the experimental group before operation,one month after treatment and three months after treatment were compared,p > 0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.The BMD of the blank control group and the experimental group before operation,one month after treatment and three months after treatment were compared,p>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two group。4.Results of PINP index: compared with the results of PINP index after three months of treatment in the control group,the results were significantly improved(p<0.05).Compared with the results of PINP index before treatment,the results in the blank control group were significantly improved(p < 0.05).The results of PINP indexes before operation and one month after treatment in the control group and the experimental group were compared,p>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Compared with the results of PINP in the control group and the experimental group after three months of treatment,the reduction of PINP in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p=0.018<0.05).Compared with the results of PINP in the blank control group and the experimental group after three months of treatment,the reduction of PINP in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p=0.023<0.05).5.β-Crosslaps index results: after one month of treatment,the experimental group,the control group and the blank control group were compared with those before treatment β-Crosslaps compared with the β-There was no significant difference between crosslaps(p>0.05).Before operation,β-Crosslaps index results were compared β-The reduction of crosslaps index was better than that of the control group(p=0.016<0.05).The control group and the experimental group were treated for one month β-Crosslaps index results were compared β-The reduction of crosslaps index was better than that of the control group(p=0.039<0.05).6.BGP index results: There is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after one month of treatment and the BGP index results after three months of treatment and after one month of treatment,compared with the BGP index results before treatment,p>0.05.(2)Compared with the results of BGP index before treatment,the results of blank control group were significantly improved after one month of treatment(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the BGP index results between the control group and the experimental group before operation,one month after treatment and three months after treatment,p > 0.05.The results of BGP indexes in the blank control group and the experimental group after one month of treatment were compared.The reduction of BGP indexes in the experimental group was better than that in the blank control group(p=0.0057<0.05).The results of BGP indicators in the blank control group and theexperimental group after three months of treatment were compared,and the reduction of BGP indicators in the experimental group was better than that in the blank control group(p=0.000<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The use of sitting position can be more scientific and safer for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis fracture patients.(2)The use of whole-body mechanical vibration in the sitting posture may activate the muscle tissue and proprioceptors in the back and waist to reduce the generation of pain. |
