| Walking is the most basic and important function of activity in the daily life of human beings.For maintaining the stability of walking,when human lower limbs motor dysfunction occurs,other joints would exhibit varies of gait compensation types,which is associated with multi-factor coupling gait compensation mechanism of human lower limb reconstruction.This study focused on biomechanical changes of lower limbs in different compensatory types when people walk with stiff knees.We’ve compared and analyzed the characteristics of the change deeply with gait cycle,joint angle,joint torque,ground support and reaction and center displacement of plantar pressure to figure out the effect of walking with unilateral knee rigidity on biomechanics of human lower limbs.The following main work had been completed in the thesis:(1)Simulation experiments on gait characteristic of unilateral knee rigidity have been carried out by utilizing the knee fixation brace which is limiting the range of unilateral knee joint(namely limit knee flexion and extension,adduction abduction,inward rotation and outward rotation).The parameters,such as temporal and spatial gait,kinematic,kinetic,plantar pressure,have been collected under two experimental conditions,which were normal walking and walking with unilateral knee rigidity(the range of motion is limited).(2)The gait parameters of normal walking and unilateral knee walking(left)had been analyzed and compared.Other joints which required varying degrees of compensatory movement when walking with unilateral knee stiffness had been verified.The principal compensatory joints had been identified,and the degree of compensation from high to low is: left hip,left ankle,right hip.(3)We’ve identified four typical gait compensatory patterns for unilateral knee ankylosis by using normalized cross-correlation and analyzing joint angle curve anomalies.(4)We’ve clarified the difference of gait parameters between the uninjured side and the affected side in different compensation types by analyzing the gait characteristic of four typical compensation types.(5)According to the results of experiment,gait training rehabilitation strategies had been proposed for patients whose unilateral knee were injured,and the design of manmachine interaction interface was carried out.It is clear that different coordination strategies between lower limbs after knee joint injury,gait feature analysis under different coordination strategies can be used to evaluate the effect of gait rehabilitation training,lower limb rehabilitation equipment design and asymmetric gait trajectory planning are instructive. |
