Probiotics Combined With Prebiotics Are Predominant In Artemisia Observation Of Efficacy In Patients With Allergic Rhinitis

Objectivs:This study is a prospective,randomized,single-blind,placebo-controlled clinical trial,To evaluate the compound prebiotics and compound probiotics developed by Yongzetai Biological Technology（Beijing）Co.,Ltd.:Bifidobacterium longum BL-G301,Bifidobacterium infantis B1-G201,Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-G80,Lactococcus paracarasei LPc-G110,Bifidobacterium lactis BL-G101,Lactobacillus greucei LG-G12;Composite prebiotics:oligofructose,erythritol,lupeose,Needfer cherry concentrate（needle cherry concentrate,maltodextrin）,Red pomegranate juice powder（red pomegranate concentrate,Maltodextrin）)clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis in Yulin,Shaanxi Province,And the improvement of the patients’quality of life.Methods:The 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group（placebo,40 cases）and test group（probiotics and prebiotics,80 cases）.The treatment duration in this study was 90 days.The total score of allergic rhinitis（TNSS）was used before therapy（D₀）,and),day 30(D₃₀),day 60(D₆₀)and day 90(D₉₀),to compare the clinical efficacy of the placebo control group and probiotic and probiotic test group in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.The application of antibiotics,corticosteroids and immunosuppressants were limited during the experience.The subjects may take loratadine according to daily TNSS score and the severity of their symptoms,such as 8points and intolerance with loratadine（10mg/day）to control symptoms and record;if added.Results:1.There was no significant difference in baseline data（gender,age,disease duration,body mass index）between the two groups（P>0.05）;2.After 30 days of continuous treatment,TNSS score,VAS score and RQLQ score all decreased in the two groups,but the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）;3.Over time,after 60 days of continuous treatment,the scores of the two groups.continued to decline,and the scores of the test group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;4.After 90 days of continuous treatment,the scores of the subjects in the two groups decreased significantly,and the scores of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;5.After 90 days of continuous treatment,the total response rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;6.In the two groups,the number of patients used in the test combination was relatively low,and the difference was significant（P<0.05）;7.There were no serious adverse reactions or adverse events throughout the trial.Conclusion:1.In this study,the time points in each score showed that the use of probiotics combined with prebiotics had a long time onset,and the improvement effect gradually appeared over time,with the maximum efficacy time zone at days 60-90 during the trial.2.The probiotics and prebiotics used in this study have good safety in the treatment of AR.The combination of probiotics and prebiotics have certain efficacy in treating allergic rhinitis in Yulin,which can relieve symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,which has a certain promotion significance.
