| Objective:Exploring the relationship between PD-L1 expression and gastroenteropancr-eatic neuroendocrine neoplasm(GEP-NEN)clinicopathology and prognosis by meta analysis. Methods:Pub Med,Web Of Science,Embase,Wanfang database, and CNKI(China Knowledge Network)database were systematically searched for literature related to PD-L1 expression and gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm in terms of clinicopathology and prognosis, limited to the period since the establishment of the database until April 2022.Data analysis through Review Manager 5.4 with Stata 16.0.The literatures were also screened according to accepted criteria for evaluating the quality of the literature and the established inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results:A total of 14 papers were included in the literature, and a total of 1198 patients were included.PD-L1 expression was associated with G1 to G3 grading(OR= 0.40,95%CI: 0.19-0.85),T stage(OR=0.48,95% CI: 0.24-0.98),lymph node metastasis(OR=1.77,95% CI: 1.04-3.00)and shorter OS(univariate HR=3.20,95% CI: 1.85-5.53;multi factor HR=2.53,95%CI: 1.35-4.77)were associated. And PD-L1 expression was not statistically related to Gender(OR=1.18,95% CI: 0.81-1.72),Age(OR=1.07,95%CI: 0.67-1.71),and Distant metastasis(OR=1.03,95% CI: 0.52-2.04).Conclusion:PD-L1 expression correlates with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors in terms of clinicopathology. |
