Clinical Analysis Of Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasm In Xining

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrineneoplasm(GEP-NENs)in Xining and the factors influencing their prognosis.It is the reference basis for the establishment of GEP-NENs patient database in Xining city.Methods: Data of patients with GEP-NENs(112 cases)from Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital,Qinghai Provincial Red Cross Hospital and Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital from 2010 to 2017 were collected for retrospective analysis.The patient's sex,age,nationality,family history,clinical manifestation,imaging examination,pathological data,treatment and follow-up were collected for a retrospective study.Results:1,general characteristics: 74 males and 38 females,male to female ratio of 1.95: 1.The age range of 28-78 years,with an average age of 56.01 ± 10.05 years.2,clinical features: no obvious specificity to abdominal pain,abdominal distension,diarrhea,gastrointestinal bleeding.3,tumor markers: NSE,Pro GRP increased rates were: 48.0%,40.6%.4,Imaging findings: The detection rates were 97.8%,95.1%,84.0%,75.0%,86.2% and 100.0% for endoscopy,EUS,ultrasound,MRI,CT and 18F-FDG PET-CT respectively.5,G1:38,G2:18,G3: 56,the most common tumor site is the stomach,followed by the rectum,pancreas,duodenum.The median tumor diameter was 3 cm(0.15 to 29 cm).The most common site of distant metastases is the liver,followed by the lung,bone and peritoneum.The positive rates of Cg A and Syn were 97.2% and 64.7% respectively.6,Patients undergoing surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and biotherapy were respectively 48,48,3 and 3.7,91 cases were followed up for 1-70 months.The 1,3,and 5 years survival rates were respectively 77.7%,41.6% and 16.3%.8,The results of Single factor analysis showed that pathology classification,tumor diameter,metastasis,staging and surgery had significant effects on survival time.Gathology classification,tumor diameter and metastasis were the independent risk factors influencing the prognosis of patients.Conclusion:1,The most common sites of GEP-NENs in Xining is probably stomach,rectum,pancreas.2,The main clinical manifestations are non-function al tumors with no obvious specificity.The main symptoms are abdominal pain,abdominal distention,diarrhea,and gastrointestinal bleeding.3,Gathology clas sification,tumor diameter and metastasis are independent risk factors for progn osis of patients with GEP-NENs in Xining.
