Application Value Of Thrombologram In Patients With Hypertension Complicated With OSAHS

Objective:A retrospective study was used in this study.The coagulation status of patients with hypertension complicated with OSAHS was discussed through the comparison of routine coagulation function test and thrombogram,so as to study the influence of OSAHS on the coagulation status of patients with hypertension and provide evidence for clinical anticoagulation prevention and treatment of patients with OSAHS complicated with hypertension.Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed 102 patients with hypertension who underwent routine coagulation function test and thromboelasticity test in the outpatient and inpatient departments of respiratory and cardiovascular Medicine,the Fourth Clinical College of Nanchang University from January 2019 to February 2023,and selected 61 healthy subjects as controls.All enrolled subjects had completed thrombogram examination,routine laboratory coagulation function examination and polysomnography monitoring(PSG).According to the results of PSG apnea ventilation index(AHI),patients with OSAHS complicated with hypertension were divided into light,moderate and severe subgroups.The changes of routine coagulation function test indexes and thrombologram indexes were observed between groups.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data,and Spearman was used for correlation analysis.Results:The results of thrombus elasticity test showed that R time of patients with hypertension combined with OSAHS were lower than those of simple hypertension group,and Angle、MA and CI were higher than those of simple hypertension group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in K time between the two groups(P > 0.05).In OSAHS combined with hypertension,AHI was negatively correlated with R and K,while AHI was positively correlated with Angle、MA and CI.There was no statistical significance in conventional coagulation function indexes between OSAHS combined hypertension group and simple hypertension group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.OSAHS can change the coagulation state of hypertensive patients to hypercoagulability,and the severity of hypercoagulability is positively correlated with the severity of OSAHS.2.There is a correlation between thromboxogram and conventional coagulation function indicators as well as the severity of disease in OSAHS patients,both of which can reflect the changes in patients’ coagulation status.
