| Objective:Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine skin, this study formulates an intervention plan for the treatment of functional constipation(hot heat constipation pattern),and explores the clinical safety and clinical application effect of thumbtack needle in the treatment of functional constipation(hot heat constipation pattern)based on this model.Improve the patient’s defecation and improve the quality of life of patients,in order to provide a reference for the development of a scientific and effective clinical functional constipation treatment plan. Methods:This study is a randomized controlled trial study.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,80 patients with functional constipation who were treated in the anorectal clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the order of the subjects,80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral lactulose alone, and the observation group was treated with intradermal needle acupoint embedding combined with lactulose. The general data of the two groups were recorded and compared. The clinical efficacy of constipation in the two groups was evaluated and compared after 4 weeks of treatment. Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the two groups were evaluated and compared by constipation symptom self-assessment scale(PAC-SYM),quality of life self-assessment scale(PAC-QOL)and TCM syndrome score scale.SPSS statistical software was used for statistical analysis of relevant data.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.General information:There were no significant differences in gender, age, occupation, height, body mass index(BMI),education level, efficacy expectation and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of constipation in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in PAC-SYM scores between the two groups before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the PAC-SYM score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, there was no significant difference in the dimensions of physical discomfort, psychosocial discomfort, worry and anxiety, satisfaction and total score of PAC-QOL between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after drug withdrawal, the scores of physical discomfort, psychosocial discomfort, worry and anxiety, satisfaction and total score of PAC-QOL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.Before and 2 weeks after treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of dry stool, stinky stool, dry mouth, bad breath, short red urine, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, red face, upset, body heat and average total score of TCM syndrome score scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after drug withdrawal, the scores of dry stool, foul stool, dry mouth, bad breath, short red urine, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, red face, upset, body heat and average total score of TCM syndrome score scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:In this study, based on the skin theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the acupoint embedding of thumb-tack needle combined with lactulose treatment scheme was used to treat patients with functional constipation(pyretic constipation).Compared with oral lactulose alone, the clinical efficacy was obvious. It not only improved the patient’s defecation, reduced the patient’s constipation symptoms, but also reduced the patient’s TCM syndrome score and improved the patient’s quality of life.It shows that the acupoint embedding of thumb-tack needle combined with lactulose treatment scheme based on the skin theory of traditional Chinese medicine has a good promotion value in the clinical application and treatment of patients with functional constipation(pyretic constipation). To provide a reference for the development of scientific and effective clinical functional constipation treatment. |
