Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Qing Re Run Chang Dao Zhi Formula In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation Of Hot Heat Constipation Pattern

Objective:To Observe the clinic effect of the Qing Re Run Chang Dao Zhi Formula treated functional constipation of hot heat constipation pattern.Method:Adopting 40 patients,who came from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,s department of liver,spleen and stomach diseases,and met the inclusion criterion,attended this clinic trial.All patients taken the Qing Re Run Chang Dao Zhi Formula which created by professor Xiejingri.The course of the treatment was two weeks.At the beginning and the end of the trial,we need to recorded the scores,including TCM symptom total score,TCM symptom mainly score,TCM symptom secondary score,single symptom score,life quality score for constipation patients,and anxiety and depression score.Through compare the change of above scores,conclusion of the trial can be drawn.The past-treatment follow-up would be in the next one mouth to observe recurrence rate.All the dates of the trial would be analyzed with spss20.00.Results:There were three patients fall off in this trial,therefor,only thirty-seven patients completed it.The results showed that three patients were cured,twenty-one patients were improved,eleven patients effected and two patients invalid.The total effective rate was 94.59%.All the TCM symptom scores had remarkably improved,and patients,life quality,anxiety,depression all were enhanced.After one mouth there were seven patients recurred,and the recurrence rate was 17.14%.Conclusion:1.The Qing Re Run Chang Dao Zhi Formula treated functional constipation had conspicuous effect,which could improve patients,symptom,boost patients,life quality,improve patients,anxious and depress condition.2.The Qing Re Run Chang Dao Zhi Formula treated functional constipation could low recurrence rate.
