Analysis Of Employees’ Health Examination Of A Medium-sized Automobile Manufacturing Enterprise In 2021

The incidence rate of chronic non communicable diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and other chronic non communicable diseases has shown a significant upward trend among workers due to the accelerated pace of life,increased work pressure,nervous tension,irregular work and rest,and lacking of physical activity.The health status of enterprise staff has gradually attracted people’s attention.Objective:Analyze the physical examination data of employees participating in health examination in an automobile manufacturing enterprise,count the detection of abnormal physical examination indicators of employees in the enterprise,clarify the physical health status of employees in the enterprise,and provide scientific basis for enterprises to formulate targeted disease prevention and health promotion measures.Methods:The general data and physical examination data of employees of an automobile manufacturing enterprise,including age,position,gender and height,weight,blood biochemistry,ultrasound,blood pressure,ECG and other physical examination indicators,were obtained through the physical examination system of a Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital.Use Excel 2019 software to enter the physical examination data for two people at the same time,use SPSS 24.0 statistical software to carry out statistical analysis on the sorted data,and measure the normal data with x±S for description;The data is tested by using x~2test,Fisher and other methods,and constituent ratioα=0.05 as the inspection level.Results:1.In 2021,a total of 754 employees of the enterprise participated in health examinations,including 635 male employees,accounting for 84.22%of the total number of physical examinations;There are a total of 119 female employees,accounting for 15.78%of the total number of physical examinations.The average age of employees is(40.86±8.63)years old,with the majority of employees aged 40-49,a total of 311,accounting for 41.25%.The employees of this enterprise who participate in health examinations are distributed in noise position,dust position,benzene position,and other position,with the majority of noise receiving employees participating in the examination,totaling 504 people,accounting for 66.84%of the total number of employees participating in the examination.2.In the 2021 special examination for employees in the noise and dust receiving positions of the enterprise,there was no detection of hearing damage or lung function damage,and there was no detection of lower than normal white blood cell count or platelet count among employees in the benzene receiving positions.3.In 2021,a total of 683 employees of the company who participated in health examinations had abnormal indicators detected,accounting for 90.59%of the total number of participants.The top five indicators for abnormal indicator detection rate are:overweight or obesity,with a detection rate of 41.25%;Abnormal blood lipids,with a detection rate of 34.75%;Abnormal electrocardiogram,with a detection rate of29.05%;Thyroid nodules,with a detection rate of 26.13%;Urinary routine abnormalities,with a detection rate of 25.99%.4.The detection rate of abnormal physical examination indicators for female employees is 93.28%,while the detection rate of abnormal physical examination indicators for male employees is 90.08%.The detection rates of abnormal blood lipids,liver function,and fatty liver in physical examination items were higher in males than in females,with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.The abnormal rate of physical examination results for employees of different age groups is above 80%,and as they age,the abnormal detection rate increases,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Among them,employees over 50 years old have the highest abnormal indicator detection rate,with an abnormal indicator detection rate of97.45%.Conclusion:1.The medium-sized automobile manufacturing enterprise did not detect any diseases related to occupational hazards such as noise,dust,and benzene during the2021 health examination,but the detection rate of other abnormalities in the examination results was relatively high.2.The detection rate of abnormal indicators of female employees is higher than that of male employees.The detection rate of three indicators of dyslipidemia,liver dysfunction and fatty liver in male employees was significantly higher than that in female employees.The abnormal detection rate of each age group is relatively high.The older the age group is,the higher the abnormal detection rate is.3.The detection rate of overweight or obesity and dyslipidemia in different posts,different age groups and different gender is higher than that of other indicators.4.The main abnormal items in the physical examination of employees are overweight or obesity,dyslipidemia,hypertension,abnormal ECG,abnormal liver function,etc.The enterprise needs to attach great importance to this situation and implement targeted disease prevention and control measures in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise,so as to improve the health status of its employees.
