ObjectiveBased on the microblogging platform,we establish a multi-subject model of online public opinion dissemination from the perspectives of ordinary netizens and opinion leaders for sudden public health events, conduct simulation experiments on the online public opinion generated from specific cases of sudden public health events, dynamically simulate the process of online public opinion dissemination of sudden public health events, and analyze the role and influence of the attributes of each subject involved in online public opinion on this process.MethodFirst, based on the SIR contagion theory,a multi-subject Model about the dissemination of online public opinion on unexpected public health events is established, the interaction rules among the subjects involved in online public sentiment are set,and the interaction process among various subjects is portrayed in detail.Secondly, the Netlogo simulation platform is used to conduct simulation experiments on the interaction process of common Internet users, opinion leaders, the media and the government in the dynamic transmission of public opinion on the Internet, and a visual diagram of the simulation results is obtained. Then, using the rank correlation analysis method, the real result data and the simulation experiment data are corresponded in logical time, and the reasonableness of the simulation model is evaluated by judging the closeness of the connection between the real result data and the simulation experiment data. The simulation with 8 interaction rules from the perspective of general Internet users and opinion leaders and the simulation with 4 interaction rules from the perspective of general Internet users were compared and analyzed. Finally,in the multi-subject model constructed from the perspectives of ordinary netizens and opinion leaders, the key parameters of the attributes of the subjects involved in online public opinion in the simulation model are changed, and their influence on the process of online public opinion dissemination is observed and analyzed to propose rationalized countermeasures and suggestions for the management of online public opinion on public health emergencies.Results(1)For public health emergencies, this paper selects the "Epidemic in a city"event for case verification according to certain criteria; For online public opinion, due to the fast transmission speed, wide space range and large social influence of Sina Weibo platform,Weibo platform is selected as the data source for studying online public opinion of public health emergencies.Python 3.8 was used to crawl 17,402 pieces of original text data of Weibo, and 14,478 pieces were obtained after cleaning.(2)According to the method of literature research and the type of microblog authentication, this paper sets four types of subjects involved in online public opinions, and explains the attributes of each subject.Among them, microblog information,as the carrier for each subject to disseminate information, has a certain impact on the change of the subject attribute state in the dynamic communication process of network public opinion. Therefore, when exploring the attributes of each subject participating in network public opinion, the attributes of microblog information are also analyzed. Therefore, four types of subjects participating in online public opinion and one carrier(microblog information)participating in online public opinion are finally set up,with 14 attribute categories.(3)In this paper,we constructed a multi-subject simulation model from the perspectives of ordinary netizens and opinion leaders, selected the "Epidemic in a city" incident online public opinion for simulation, obtained the simulation result graph, and presented the view of real result data and simulation experiment data and subjective description of the simulation model, and analyzed the real result data and simulation experiment data using the objective quantitative rank correlation method. The correlation between the data and the simulated empirical data was 0.806,and the coefficient of relevance was 0.005,which verified the effectiveness of the simulation model.(4)A comparative analysis of the interaction rules is carried out.Eight interaction rules set from the perspective of ordinary netizens and opinion leaders are compared with four simulation rules set from the perspective of ordinary netizens. The correlation coefficient of the simulation model made from the perspective of ordinary netizens is 0.491,and the significance test value was 0.150,so the multiple subject simulation model with 8 interaction rules set from the perspective of ordinary Internet users and opinion leaders was superior to the one proposed in this paper.(5)In the Netlogo simulation platform, apart from the attributes of online public opinion information represented by Weibo(which is difficult to quantify or adjust in real life),the experimental parameters are changed one by one for the attributes of the remaining 4 participants in online public opinion, and the simulation experiment diagram is presented to observe and analyze the impact of each subject’s attributes on the communication of online public opinion.Conclusions(1)This paper conducted dynamic simulation and multi-subject simulation experiments on the dissemination process of online public opinion on public health emergencies through SIR infectious disease theory and multi-subject simulation, and finally verified the simulation model by using subjective description and objective quantification analysis, that is,the dynamic simulation of online public opinion on public health emergencies through simulation model is reasonable and effective.(2)The results of the multi-subject simulation experiments show that the herding and influence of ordinary Internet users, the herding and influence of opinion leaders, and the authority and influence of the media show the same change with the spread of online public opinion on public health emergencies;the credibility of the government and the speed of information disclosure show the opposite change with the spread of online public opinion on public health emergencies.(3)This paper compares 8 interaction rules set from the perspective of ordinary Internet users and opinion leaders with 4 interaction rules set from the perspective of ordinary Internet users, proving that a comprehensive design of interaction rules from the perspective of ordinary Internet users and opinion leaders can more comprehensively reflect the communication process of online public opinions.(4)This paper has summarized and summarized the management scheme of online public opinion on public health emergencies at four dimensions:from the government, media, opinion leaders and ordinary netizens, and made suggestions for the four types of subjects involved in online public opinion. The government must promote credibility building and strengthen the speed of information disclosure to perform its functions well.Meanwhile, the media should strengthen the truthfulness, objectivity and comprehensiveness of news reporting on public health emergencies and play the correct leadership role of mainstream media.Do a good job of monitoring public opinion and shoulder social responsibility. And ordinary Internet users should improve the information screening and judgment ability, and constantly improve their own digital media literacy.Do not spread rumors and do not believe in rumors.Opinion leaders should set an example by making positive remarks and establishing correct values.Correctly lead people’s thinking and promote the good development of a harmonic society. Finally, relevant suggestions are also put forward for the composite subjects to promote the development of public opinion. |
