| ObjectiveBy detecting the peripheral blood free fatty acid profiles of patients with androgenic alopecia(AGA)and healthy individuals,we aim to explore the correlation between free fatty acids(FFAs)and AGA and investigate their possible involvement in the pathogenesis,providing scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of AGA.Method1.The experiment selected 60 AGA patients who visited the dermatology of China Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University from July 2019 to October 2022 and 33 health examination personnel from the health examination center in the same period.2.Use gas chromatography vacuum ultraviolet spectroscopy to detect the spectrum of thirty free fatty acids in the peripheral blood of all personnel.Capric acid(CA),lauric acid,myristic acid,myristic acid(MA),palmitic oleic acid(POA),palmitic acid(PA),linolenic acid,linoleic acid(LA),oleic acid(OA),stearic acid(SA),eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA),arachidonic acid,AA)Eicosatraenoic acid(EET),Eicosadienoic acid(EDA),eicosenoic acid,arachidic acid,docosahexaenoic acid(DHA),docosapentaenoic acid(DPA),docosapentaenoic acid,erucic acid(EA),behenic acid,nervonic acid(NA),lignoleic acid,total Ω 3,totalΩ 6,Ω 3/Ω 6 ratio Triene/tetraene,total saturated fatty acids(TSFA),total monounsaturated unsaturated fat acids(TMUFA),total polysaturated unsaturated fat fatty acids(TPUFA),and total fatty acids.3.Use SPSS 25.0statistical software for analysis.The measurement data of normal distribution and close to normal distribution are expressed by ± s,and the comparison between groups is performed by t test;The measurement data that do not conform to the normal distribution are expressed by the median M(P25-P75),and the Mann Whitney U test is used for comparison between groups.The analysis of influencing factors was conducted using binary logistic regression,and P<0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.Result(1)The binary logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of LA and AGA was the most significant(P=0.007,OR=1.001),while the non risk of behenic acid and AGA was the most significant(P=0.001,OR=0.945).(2)Myristic acid(MA),eicosatrienoic acid(EET),eicosadienoic acid(EDA),docosahexaenoic acid(DHA),total monounsaturated fatty acid(TMUFA)and total ω 6 fatty acid were also the influencing factors of AGA,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Capric acid(CA),lauric acid,myristic acid,palmitoleic acid(POA),palmitic acid(PA),linolenic acid,oleic acid(OA),stearic acid(SA),eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA),arachidonic acid(AA),eicosenoic acid,arachidic acid,docosapentaenoic acid(DPA),erucic acid(EA),nervonic acid(NA),lignoleic acid,Ω 3/Ω 6,triene/tetraene,total saturated fatty acid(TSFA)The differences of total unsaturated fat fatty acids(TPUFA),total omega 3 and total fatty acids were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)FFAs can serve as clinical testing indicators for evaluating AGA and provide scientific basis for the treatment of AGA.(2)LA is a risk factor for AGA,and appropriately reducing intake can help prevent the occurrence and progression of AGA;Beyonic acid is a protective factor for AGA,and an appropriate increase in intake is beneficial for the treatment of AGA.(3)MA,EET,EDA,DHA,TMUFA,and total Ω 6 series fatty acids are all influencing factors of AGA. |
