According to the problems of storage loss and information leakage in the current case information data,this paper proposes a reliable method which realizes storage sharing and case warning based on blockchain technology.Combined with the real transmission environment of case information,this paper firstly analyzes the existing storage and sharing methods of case information,then proposes schemes to solve the key problems and defects and uses the mechanism of artificial intelligence to predict case information related to epidemics and infectious diseases in the meantime.Through the blockchain technology,the various roles and institutions in the case information are regarded as several nodes.When transactions are tampered with,other nodes could resist tampering by storing case information at the root of the data.Using the decentralization and tamper-proof technologies of the blockchain,the security issues of case information can be planned and addressed.For the security of current transaction information,a security authentication storage and transmission scheme is proposed to ensure information security and prevent information from being tampered with during transmission.At the same time,a multi-role and sub-authority management mechanism is proposed,which means patients,general hospitals,infectious disease hospitals,communities,and higher-level government departments are managed at different levels and the visualization of system requirements is carried out.Python is used as the overall construction language and Flask framework is used as the basis.For front-end construction,hyperledger is used to construct the blockchain network.SHA256 is used to encrypt and protect users’ data,and HP filtering and LSTM are used to realize the prediction and warning of case data.As the result,the final system not only combines the advantages of traditional database,which is easy operation and blockchain security sharing,but also provides users with a good visual interface.This paper finally proposes the following design:(1)A scheme for encrypted storage and transmission of case information data under the blockchain technology is proposed;(2)A multi-role multi-node sub-authority management mechanism,which applies particular management framework according to the authorization of users,is proposed;(3)A mechanism of prediction and early warning is proposed,based on neural network and HP filter;(4)The front-end system of Flask is used to establish the system visual framework and Apache Jmeter system is used to test the concurrency performance of the system.
