| The spread COVID-19 epidemic has caused huge losses to all mankind.Millions of people lost their lives as a result,and the world economy and trade have been severely hit.The global health governance system is facing challenges under the threat of the COVID-19,and the global health legal system has failed to play its due role in guiding and regulating the overall situation of the global fight against the COVID-19.The global health legal system is in a quagmire,which has become one of the important reasons why the global health governance system cannot operate efficiently.It is of great significance for the future global health governance to study the difficulties faced by the global health legal system and the causes of the difficulties when faced with the impact of the COVID-19,and based on this analysis to find a way to better play the role of the global health legal system.The global health legal system is a multi-subject participation,the core goal is to protect the right to life and health of all human beings,in order to solve the legal system of global health problems.However,the outbreak of the COVID-19 has exposed the shortcomings of the current global health legal system.The absence of international health law,the lack of the World Health Organization’s lack of authority to enforce laws,and the unfavorable health cooperation between countries have restricted the role of the global health legal system.There is therefore an urgent need to find a way out of the global health legal system.By improving the rules of global health law,enhancing the authority and capacity of the World Health Organization,promoting health cooperation among countries,and advocating a community of human health,the global health legal system will be promoted to play a better role,so that it can effectively guide the global fight against the epidemic and the construction of Global health governance system. |
