Objective:1.To explore the teaching strategy of "ideological and political theory education" in nursing program.2.To apply the teaching strategy of "ideological and political theory education" in nursing program based on the course " Humanity Cultivation for Nurse " and evaluate its effectives.Method:1.Construction of the teaching strategy of nursing " ideological and political theory education" in nursing program.The teaching technique of "ideological and political theory education" in nursing program was built on the ADDIE model and based on the course "Humanistic Cultivation of Nursing.".The teaching strategy of "ideological and political theory education" in nursing program is based on the course " Humanity Cultivation for Nurse ".The teaching strategy of "ideological and political theory education" in nursing program is formed.2.Teaching experiment and evaluation.Through teaching experiments,we verify whether the curriculum can achieve the reform objectives of helping nursing students to establish positive socialist core values and nursing professional values,and to improve their professional identity,humanistic care ability and humanistic care quality.Second-year undergraduate nursing students from a higher education institution in Hunan Province were selected as the experimental group,and secondyear undergraduate nursing students from another higher education institution with basically the same teaching level,teaching scale,and teaching content were selected as the control group,and the former were subjected to a semester-long teaching experiment intervention.After the course,a combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods of teaching evaluation was used to comprehensively analyze the effect of the teaching experiment.Result:1.The teaching strategy of "ideological and political theory education" in nursing program included four parts,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.2.161 cases of study subjects were included in this study,61 cases in the experimental group and 90 cases in the control group.The baseline measurements of nursing students in the two groups before teaching showed that there were no statistical differences in age,gender,ethnicity,whether they were only children,political outlook,place of birth,class officer experience,part-time work experience,social practice experience,whether social practice experience was related to their majors,club participation experience,organization activity experience,parental education,parental care,state of getting along with family,classmate care,and state of getting along with classmates between the two groups(P(29)0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the scores of adolescent socialist core values(SCV),nurse professional values(NPVSR),nursing student professional identity(PIQNS),humanistic care ability(CAI),total score of humanistic care quality and each dimension between the two groups of nursing students(P(29)0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the academic performance of the first academic year between the two groups of nursing students(P(29)0.05).The experimental group and the control group were balanced and comparable.After the teaching experiment,the total SCV score and all dimensions(except political values),the total NPVS-R score and all dimensions,the total PIQNS score and all dimensions(except social comparison and social reflection),the total CAI score and all dimensions(except caring perception),the total humanistic care quality score and all dimensions(except humanistic care concept),the educational environment student perception of teachers score,the final assessment score,and the course The total scores of SCV total score and each dimension(except political values),NPVS-R total score and each dimension,PIQNS total score and each dimension(except social persuasion),CAI total score and each dimension,and humanistic care quality total score and each dimension scores of nursing students in the experimental group after the teaching experiment were significantly higher than those in the control group before the teaching experiment(P < 0.05);nursing students in the control group Except for the scores of NPVS-R professional characteristics and PIQNS retention benefit and risk of leaving,which were significantly higher than those before the teaching experiment(P < 0.05),there were no significant changes in the control group(P > 0.05).Nineteen cases of study subjects were included in the qualitative interview stage,with 584min35 s of interviews and a total of 100,413 words of transcribed text.Two theme words and six sub-themes were extracted.Classroom evaluation included three sub-themes: strengths of the course,weaknesses of the course,and suggestions for the course,and classroom gains included three sub-themes: ability improvement,self-change,and selfgain.Conclusion:1.The teaching strategy of "ideological and political theory education" in nursing program attaches importance to the main role of students,integrates " ideological and political theory education " education elements and optimizes teaching contents,which plays a positive role in both knowledge transfer and value leadership.2.The teaching strategy of "ideological and political theory education" in nursing program can help strengthen the socialist core values of nursing undergraduates,stimulate their sense of mission,improve their professional values and enhance their professional identity,cultivate their humanistic care ability and develop their humanistic care quality.3.The teaching strategy of "ideological and political theory education" in nursing program can improve the teaching environment of nursing courses,enhance teaching satisfaction and improve students’ academic performance.
