| Objectives: Through investigate the types,distribution,reserves and utilization status of TCM resources in Liuyang City,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating sustainable development and utilization of TCM resources in Liuyang City.Methods: Based on the protocol Fourth National General Survey of TCM Resources,and the Technical Regulations for National General Survey of TCM Resources,representative areas were established through the computer software system.1km2 sample plots were set in the representative areas by random method,and sample sets were set in the sample plots by systematic sampling.The reserves of general varieties and key varieties were investigated in the three-level areas.The general variety survey adopted the methods of wax leaf sample collection,expert identification and input the system to obtain the information of variety,distribution and ecology,and to analyze the distribution characteristics among the three part.In the investigation of key varieties,the data were obtained by recording the varieties,quantity and weight in the quadrat,and the weight of the reserves were calculated by inputting the data model.TCM market and cultivation bases were investigated,and the utilization status of TCM resources in Liuyang City were obtained.Results:(1)The number of plots surveyed within the 10 representative area basically agrees with the composition of the corresponding representative area,and the representative areas of Daweishan National Forest Park was accounted for the largest area(21.0%),and 10 sample plots(25%)were selected in this area.The sample plots investigated in each area were the representative in each area.(2)A total of 911 kinds of TCM resources in Liuyang were found out,which included 827 kinds of plants,55 kinds of animals,and 29 kinds of minerals.(3)11 life forms were obtained from the survey,among which perennial herbs accounted for 49.1%.And there was no difference in the order of life-type composition between the representative regions and sample plots.(4)The survey found that there were 121 kinds of key TCM resources and 139 kinds of medicinal materials in Liuyang City.The total reserves were5,532,477 kg.Lygodii Spora is the species with the largest reserves of key medicinal materials.Stem wood medicinal materials are the most abundant group.(5)Investigated 16 cultivated varieties,with a total area of 7848.1 mu,the largest variety of cultivation area was Lonicerae flos.(6)The main varieties of traditional Chinese medicine sold in the traditional Chinese medicine trading market included 8 varieties such as Serissa japonica(Thunb.)Thunb.The types of local TCM resources utilized were less than 1%.Conclusion: Liuyang is rich in TCM resources,diverse life form and obvious regional differences.Daweishan National Forest Park is the most abundant area in the city.Lygodii Spora is the species with the largest reserves of key medicinal materials.Stem wood medicinal materials are the most abundant group.The variety with the largest cultivated variety area is Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.The Chinese medicinal materials market in Liuyang is relatively small,and the Chinese medicinal resources in the city have not been fully utilized.The distribution of plant TCM resources is closely related to vegetation type,moisture type and soil type.The research results can provide support for the rational development and scientific allocation of TCM resources.12 Figures,18 Tables,74 References... |
